Go to Wings and Rings. Any other place, Just dont come here. An insult to the food service industry. Ill take months off from eating here in hopes it’ll get better. Nope! Food is half ass prepared. Id say in the 12 years living in the area, We’ve tried and hoped for a better experience… they never or always seem to fail. Like tonight. Id say we’ve ate here 30 times. Shame on me, 25/30 has been a negative experience. Ordered food online, made me wait for an extra half an hour just to not get my food. Then they say 5-7 days to get my money back for the food i never received. Saw 10 people get their food before me. The wrong orders even got their food before me. Don’t eat here. Please. Just freaking abysmal.

Service was slow .....food was mediocre good.........atleast the game was on all over .......should try to serve food a lil fresher .....fries were old .....wings too.....smh i guess not busy enough to keep everything fresh.

Awful awful food. I ordered pickup at least 45 min in advance only to get there and have to wait an extra 10 min after it was supposed to be ready. I ordered a 6 piece traditional wing and they were god awful. They were so overcooked that they were damn near inedible. Fries were overcooked. The only thing that was decent were the boneless wings I got for my kids. I will definitely not be back. The quality of the food has really gone downhill. Not to mention the take out staff. Nice enough, but not attentive. I’ll continue to go to Rooster’s and Wingstop.

Edited to add: my daughter could only eat 2 out of the 5 boneless wings she had that were unsauced. She said they were too hard to eat. Only my son’s BBQ boneless wings were decent. What a complete waste of money.

First time here, I was impressed. Decent happy hour drink prices and food. Emily was our waitress and she did a great job. I would go back. 111323 not busy at all tonight. Prices have really gone up. Happy hour prices aren't good anymore. Got a classic burger, it was good. 012725 got a classic chicken sandwich, it was good, Sophie was our waitress, she did a good job.

If you like cold food and managers that refuse to make things right this is the spot for you!

Ordered a to go order for a scheduled pick up. Got there at the scheduled time ticket on the food was for an hour earlier than the pick up time. I asked is this food an hour old? No no. Got the food home 10 min drive food was cold and stale clearly had been sitting in there to go heater for quite some time. Manager refused to make it right wanted me to bring the food back corporate offered 2000 reward points for a $50 dollar order that was absolutely disgusting.

Just save your money and frustration find another wing joint that cares about their customers.

Waited over an hour for food. Then they did not bring all the food out at the same time. We didn't have a family dinner. We won't return to this location.

Look at the time stamps on all of these orders and our online pickup time was scheduled for 6:40! 😡 we were assured at the store that the food had only been just recently prepared, I don’t think so!! Got the food home and it was definitely prepared at the time on the tickets! Called the store and spoke with the manager Summer and she said we had to bring the food back to have it remade, with a 30 minute round trip from home that wasn’t an option! Wasn’t willing to give a credit or anything. Disappointed in food and service

I’d never eat here again food took a hour my burger was burnt as hell sent it back our server was a lier lied right to our face ordered a classic chicken the kitchen put wild sauce on it we asked her again what come on it when we first order she said just mayo and pickle now she saying mayo pickle and wild sauce straight lier so she added wild to to sandwich on the bill like girl we are not slow

They never answer and always say there is a wait

Ordered 5 "Naked Tenders"... this is what I got for $12.99 WTH? About 2.5 of the 5. I wish I would have put it on my kitchen scale to see the weight. Looks like they sliced the tenders in half. Def not worth the price. Chicken was tough, almost like jerky. I mean, it was so thin, how could it be moist?

Went to grab some with a friend. We got there and we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. We put our phone number in and waited for a call/text from them while sitting in the car. Long story short, it was not a 15 minute wait. It was an 1 hour and we ended up going somewhere else. Not to mention, I never received a call or text back from the location at all. I know the number was correct I put in the computer as well. B Dubs has no room for making people wait this long since their quality has gone down for years now.
