Food aight, but holy cow was it slow, no one is in this restaurant right now and it is taking 40 minutes for food to come out, I’m typing this out of anger as I am sitting at the table, just go to the Harper’s point bdubs, it’s way better and only like 10 miles away

Called at 11:00 and they said they were already closed. Google says they don't close until 12.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Buffalo Wild Wings. My friend ordered a beer, and because it was overfilled and dripping down the sides, his glass slipped out of his hand before he even took a sip. We politely asked the manager if he could comp the drink, and he refused, claiming it was “our fault” and insisting the glass was only wet from condensation. Instead of listening or trying to make it right, he argued with us.

As a manager, your job is to improve situations, not escalate them. Good customer service keeps people coming back, and this manager clearly needs training, or a different career altogether.

To make things worse, our server was extremely slow and inattentive. It took my friend over 30 minutes just to get a water.

We won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly urge the owner to reconsider who they have managing this restaurant. Terrible experience all around.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Even the manger couldn’t be bothered to talk to me. Waited 9 minutes without any employee acknowledging my presence. Go somewhere else.

Its super cold in here and my server was absolutely terrible. Never came back to fill drink. I had to go ask for the check.

I absolutely love the wings from here. The employees working the registers were very friendly and made sure I knew my order was being processed. I have never eaten in the restaurant. So, I can't comment on that.

Didn't eat here. Came in at 10ishpm. Bartender had to be forced to acknowledge me. Bartender's service was subpar by any establishment standards. 06/30/2025 Leah is the name on the ticket.

Service was good, did bottomless appetizers which is an excellent deal if you’re just a couple on a budget like I am, manager was walking around the dining room checking on tables and making sure food was correct, our server apparently been there 2 weeks or so and you couldn’t even tell she was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient/attentive would come back to this location again

After they messed our orders up and the 1 hr and 30 min wait, the food was cold and mediocre. Service was one of the worst I've ever seen and the waiter was also slow on refills. Terrible experience.

The service started out well, but our app came out with 2 meals and then the other 2 meals came out later. Then we needed napkins and refills and our server was sitting at a booth with his back to us. It took forever before he came back to check on us/ give us our check. Then we were ready to pay and again he disappeared. Finally he reappeared and then when he gave us the credit card back he reached over the back of the booth instead of taking two extra steps to the table.

Needed a place on a Wednesday night to watch game 1 of the Stanley Cup. More TVs had the Astros/ Pirates game on... other TVs had something else odd. Bar was mostly empty with a seat in front of a TV showing the Stanley Cup. The only bartender on duty didn't have any interest in being there. Barely acknowledged our existence. Thankfully, was able to coerce 1 drink and 1 water during 2 periods of play. While the game was excellent, we ended up leaving the place in disgust. Never again for this location. Too many better options.
