We walked in, were seated, and waited, but no one came to serve us. After 10 to 15 minutes without even being offered drinks, we decided to leave and went to Chili’s instead.

We have never been disappointed by the food here. I would recommend a booth or table and not the bar. Great wings, insane burgers, and those potato wedges - delicious!

You need to redo the flavor chart. The parmesean garlic is too spicy. I am not happy that the flavor was too spicy and did not get to enjoy my lunch.

Service was good, got the patty melt with Texas toast. Thing is Texas toast should have a little crisp to it. It didn't. Bacon was good though.

Run of the mill Sports bar. I noticed a few of the servers/bartenders didn't look like they had good hygiene practices. It was unappealing

The cashier asked if I wanted utensils, napkins, ketchup. I said yes to all and elaborated on the ketchup. Guess what? There was no ketchup in the bag. I was not happy. No time to go back to the restaurant for what I had already asked for. Everyone wants a tip, but who is willing to check that you get everything you paid for and was offered to you.

Well, here we go again. This type of review is becoming increasingly common on my part. I’m going to make an assumption. When I believe you or I patronize a restaurant, it should be a fairly simple and straightforward process on
their part - create a satisfactory product that is in line with the placed order. After all, they are the experts, aren’t they? Ordered take-out from this location. It included an order of boneless wings with buffalo dry rub. It had little if any of the seasoning requested. Does the manager care about this type of thing? Do the people preparing the products care? No. It’s a new phenomenon that is called “restaurant apathy.” The business produces a product, but however it turns out is fine with them. They just don’t care. I hope you don’t care about your next take-out order.

Everything about BW3 is average. The food is average, customer service is average, it's dark inside; and I don't like that.

We went to get our bogo wings on a Tuesday. I like flats and my husband likes drums. We normally split the wings and flavors. They would not accommodate since it was a special. Now, we have gone to many Buffalo wild wings on Tuesdays for years and have not had a problem. Even after we talked to the manager at other locations when we were told this. This manager here said he could not guarantee we would get the wings the way we wanted them. So we walked out, and he didn't seem to care.

Bad customer service.

The restaurant would not accommodate a simple request of making sure we had an even split of flats and drums for our wing order just because it was Tuesday. Management seemed to not care that they lost our business rather than provide a simple request that would take no more than 2 seconds to fulfill at 0 cost. So we left. We frequent the chain quite often, and most other locations have no problem with our simple request.

Don't trust the timings that is updated. We went there at 11:15 PM when the end time was 12 AM. They refused food or seating. Except take-out.
