I had a to go order(not door dash). I walked in and provided my name. There was a completed order on the shelf, but I was told my order wasn’t ready. Fifteen minutes later I asked for an update and my food had been sitting on the shelf the whole time. I now have $50 worth of cold food. Servers were dismissive and not concerned about resolving the issue. Super disappointing..

we have been sitting here for an hour and a half waiting for our food. at least the waiter is nice and turned on the Reds game on for us but they are grounding into double plays against the dodgers so overall a shitty night so far. pretty hungry rn. they did give the baby some chicken an hour ago i guess

We went here for lunch at Noon on a Sunday. The place was clean, not overly busy and we were greeted right when we walked in. Service from Noah was great! He refilled our drinks when needed and brought our food out fast while also greeting other people arriving and serving other tables. The food was on par with other sports bar type restaurants and tasted like it was prepared fresh. Solid experience. I would bring the family back. Thanks for the great service!
The inside was noticeably dirty when we walked in and had to have our table wiped off after being seated. Service was slow after initial drink, had to flag down another server to get another drink he ended up cashing us out because our initial server disappeared. The smoked wings were very very crispy, after waiting so long for the food we just ate them. Probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Not sure if I happened to get a bad batch of chicken, but this was my first time trying this place, venturing from the other wing places. The majority of our boneless wings were just grizzle, the kind that is chewy.
