service was absolutely terrible. Bartender never checked on us and it was dead, plus she had a terrible attitude. Had to stop her mid walk just to get another drink.

All was good, but my only complaint is I ordered 60 traditional wings and out of all the wings we literally got only 7 flat wings.I understand other customers order all flats, but they pay an extra fee for that. But other customers (like me) who order normally shouldn't have to receive mostly all drums just because other customers are purchasing flats. It should always be close to a fair mix of both.

Great spot to eat before going across the parking lot to catch a movie.

We went last night when we arrived it was not really busy the guy who seated us really had no desire to be there but that's not a big deal once we were seated it about 6 other tables came in they had one little girl running her butt off getting orders drinks ect. So I have worked in this environment I looked around the bar tender is on her phone back to the resturant behind this partical wall you hear these two guys talking and joking and I can see another guy standing there on his phone. It may not be their jobs to help but it looks bad as tables are needing to cash out needing drinks and she is running around crazy team work is dream work for customers. Finally someone came to help her after one table have already walked out if I were her I would have walked out but the sad thing is I am sure she needed her job. I do hope that everyone realizes she was doing all she could and still tip. TEAMWORK whoever the manager is please teach your staff. Your food is decent but training to work as a team seems to be an issue.

Love

The food was good, but I paid 22.00 and it looked like an order from a kids meal. If you gonna charge that much add more food.

The service is really nice they deliver on robots and that's fun, but they "ran out of burgers" like what are they going to run out of wings and now beer like what the heck.and I love there burgers so like I was disappointed.

We use to go here every week because they had the best classic buffalo sauce ever!! But, not anymore!! They changed it in the past 6 months and it is terrible. I get so upset when restaurants start changing things that are their best reason for coming. Have you ever heard of the saying "If it's not broke, don't fix it..." Please change back to the original mild and medium buffalo sauces!! If you do, you'll have my families business again!! Liz R

Don't get me wrong, the food was good. The main problem was when it took two and a half hours for the whole table to get their food. My party was a group of 8, so I understand that can be stressful for the kitchen and service, but less than half of the table received their order after about 45 minutes of sitting down. The ticket was messed up and the waitress apologized and double-checked everything that was missing. The issue was that after she tried to fix the problem, she came out with some of the correct remaining food, but still 3 people didn't receive their food. The manager eventually came over and offered a free appetizer and some free drinks for the table which was kind. Then the waitress offered to cover all the meals that still hadn't come out which was also a kind gesture. The waitress eventually comes back and takes out her phone to write down everything that is missing. The next crazy part is that the food comes out again and guess what... IT'S STILL WRONG. We asked if we could at least have some more water since they had been avoiding our table for a solid 30 minutes and only ever came back with water for half the table. We eventually got all of our food after 4 attempted deliveries to the table. The waitress and manager continued to avoid our table even though we all were very understanding throughout the process with the hope of free meals for all the meals that didn't come out after the fourth time. You wouldn't believe this though, they only gave a 10% discount to those whose food came out after the two-and-a-half hour span and everyone else was charged full price for everything even though we all were stuck there for the full 2.5-hour ordeal. So to recap: 4 attempted food deliveries, only a 10% discount for a few of those at the table, 2.5 hours, and only half of us got water refills throughout this whole duration. A true test of patience and I definitely failed.

0/100. Dining in I had to reorder 4 times because they continued to "lose" my order. We asked for waters multiple times with no success. After 2 hrs I received my food and got an undiscounted bill after it was all promised to be compted. Couldn't have ruined a birthday dinner better if you had tried.....

We had plans to see a movie and Wings and Rings is a perfect place when it comes to convenience. Sharing a parking lot with the Cinemark Cinemas in Oakley, this place is more than just convenient, it's worthwhile too. Their menu is pretty typical of wings places. Tradition and boneless wings, along with chicken and fish sandwiches. I had boneless wings with Korean sauce and my wife had a fish sandwich and fries. We shared some pretzel bites. My wings were good, and the bleu cheese upgrade was well worth the extra money, as it was true bleu cheese, thick and chunky, not some bottled salad dressing. The pretzel bites were more like a pretzeled breadstick cut into chunks, served with thick cheese sauce. My wife's fish sandwich was the low light. Very fishy tasting. For the $15 they could have used a better quality fish. This seems like the issue lately with fish sandwiches, regardless of where you get them. Fish is one of the most inexpensive and plentiful sources of protein, why restaurants go for the cheapest they can find boggles my mind. The saving grace of her meal was the garlic cheese fries. They were quite tasty. Our server, Grayson (maybe) did a good job and kept our drinks filled and made sure we got it to the cinema on time. Yelp won't allow 1/2 stars, so between the fries and our server they get four stars rather than three.

The restaurant is filthy. No employee to see you and they would not stop talking in the back to come out to the bar to take an order.
