I've given this burger king so many chances, since it's across the street from my work. But this is by FAR this worst fast food restaurant on this part of Colerain Ave.. They always take forever getting your food out, and one time employees were literally fighting in front of a llbby full of customers. Today I waited my entire 30 minute lunch break for a chicken sandwich, and dont even have time to eat my food. I will not be giving any more chances unless they go under new management.

This place is legit working 1 car fully in drive thru. Multiple cars sat for a good 30 minutes waiting. Y’all need employees that can multitask. The worker at the window was very friendly but jeez drive thru is moving at snail pace.

Pretty hectic in there. No wait, just rushing for no reason. Didn’t give us straws either. And forgot our food. I don’t normally go here, because I heard how bad the management is seemingly. No matter the chances tho, they usually get it wrong. Hopefully it changes in colerain cause this is embarrassing. As a person who’s worked fast food and other areas in fast paces environments- for this place NOT to be busy yet STILL messing up orders is pretty shameful brah, these are grown people in here. They should know how to operate things properly. Sorry n sorry. When we went in, the guy they called in (mind you has no belt,quite lovely seeing some underpants in a working environment not in uniform amr) well our food got done and he said nothing to us. One of the lady’s were asking him why he didn’t say anything. Lol.

If I would I would give this place a negative star rating. This place is always dirty every time I go in to order food, if I use the drive thru there is always an extremely long wait. Very terrible service from management, you can tell that the few employees who work there are extremely stressed out and over worked. There have been times I’ve called in to speak to the head manager about service I’ve received from other managers on duty and they seem to simply be nonexistent. Do better!!! This establishment should be closed!!

I went through the drive thru and a young man named Chris. W took my order this man was very respectful and very courteous he deserves to get a raise or promotion it is not something that you find very much nowadays it was really pleasant experience when I told the lady that was taking my money what I thought she told him and he came to the window and thanked me personally found out he was from Louisiana any way very good job from him thanks

Absolute trash was told they had no whopper burgers so I asked for a bacon cheeseburger and dude said I told you I’m out of those if you were smart and not uneducated you’d simply say we are out of burgers even though it was 10:30 and yall for whatever reason all ready had your grills broke down so yall could be lazy and say you can only fry stuff terrible all around trash place trash employees don’t eat here

I only go there to get a drink or a shake. The people have always been nice but what I noticed is that their nails are always dirty and the hands too because it changes the color of the condensation on my cup. I wanted to get a burger but I’m scared.

I swear Burger King is the ONLY fast food restaurant that gives you your money's worth! I mean their Double Whoppers are HUGE and very filling! I love them! And, like I said you really get your money's worth, when you buy your fast food from them. ☺️☺️☺️☺️
