I ordered my cooked to order and the new general manager, and she canceled my order because thing are changing! She is said she would never give me her name or employee number!! She is a horrible manager. Because of her line i couldn’t have my doom food friend it is an older Caucasian lady. Horrible service, i had great service before meeting her.

We ordered 1 impossible burger, 1 single bacon king meal double, 1 bacon double cheese burger and 1 patty. And they gave us our order completely wrong. And they didnt inform us. Instead the lady gave us free cookies which we didnt even know of until we got home.

Not sure why this place is still open they lock the doors at 7 pm i waited in drive thru fir twenty minutes line of people at door but door locked and this is a continuous thing at this location ill be sitting in drive thru and watch employee come out get in car smoke weed and when you can get food it's shity this is the worse burger king in the city if your hungry do not go there . And to be clear it's the one on winton rd finney town and this happens few times a week and they not understaffed or anything just shity employees and clearly management

The young lady who took our order was fantastic....very thorough... but I spent 40 dollars on garbage. ketchup and mustard on my OCS? missing items. I called to inform the people that there are some fatal mistakes and was hung up on. I'll be following up on this issue.

BBQ Brisket sandwich was meat added onto a burger, wasn't expecting that yet, still very tasty. Staff extremely helpful and site quite clean.
This place is horrible, if you want your order correct don’t come here. They can’t make the orginal chicken sandwich on their menu to save their lives, it’s possibly the easiest thing on their menu to make sandwich wise. Please save your money and yourself a head. Don’t go here. Just image what else they mess up if they can’t even get that simple sandwich correct.

I honestly don't understand how this place stays open. Let people know before they order that you're out of ketchup packs not after, handed our kids marinara sauce, and nicely said it's the same, I asked can't you put some a container cause your still putting it on sandwiches, and he didn't get it , we have that for the sandwiches, are you kidding me, you just wasted all these other sauces, you gave us 4 ranch, 4 marinara 3 bbq, 5 buffalo and 5 ring sauce. More worried about singing from yall phones. You had 2 different people come in with wrong orders from drive window. Just sad folks wasting there money on this place
