THE WORKER WAS RUDE! Food was room temp and I just went 10mins ago today! Her boss did little to nothing to help solve any problems and my mother in law was talking and the girl said it was a inconvenience to help her with anything! If there was a ZERO STAR I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM THAT! ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IVE HAD YET!

I purchased the #1. Food was as expected, hot fresh and timely. Personal interaction the window attendant could be better. Sign in window is advertising for smiling faces. Attendent was not smiling....

Person at counter was extremely slow and unable to multitask. She kept asking me questions about someone else's order. When I finally explained it wasn't my order this confusion brought her service to a halt trying to understand. I asked her to please stop talking and serve the Customers. This brought the busy manager into the coversation. The manager had no desire to understand my problem. She just wanted me to go away. She kept offering to refund my money while my food was on the shelf waiting for the extremely slow server to get done with fixing her mistakes on the previous order.
