Drove from Lexington to Cincinnati for RN Contractor work. This is hands down the most outstanding customer service I’ve ever had at a Burger King. I won’t eat any other fast food; the flame broiled burgers made your way really rule, snd are so very delicious!
I had the big fish combo for the first time and it was just amazing! I also always enjoy being able to sub French fries for onion rings for no extra charge. This is a BK hidden secret, they are truly delicious. An amazing meal was had
Jason, the GM, made me feel like I was from right there in the neighbourhood, what a genuinely friendly and compassionate person! And truly a team player type of manager! Just jumps in and helps out all.
They make an ok Whopper, but they are the grumpiest service workers I've ever had to deal with. Consistently. There is a shortage of Burger Kings in Cincinnati so I pop in there once a month or so to quell my Whopper craving, and the people there always act like they are having a bad day or they absolutely HATE their job. Slow to respond, no smile, no follow-up.

They charge to laugh for there shakes can't see paying 3.00 dollars for small shake.

Every time I go there's a manager that always messes up my order. He comes off passive-aggressive he messes up my order to where I have to go back around in the line or go in to get my order fixed by that time I'm late very late for work. I can understand it happening here and there but EVERY time I come through the line my order is messed up and I don't find out until I'm either at my job about to take my lunch or unless I check my bag right there in the driveway. It's gotten to the point where I stopped even eating at this Burger King.
Pulled into the Drive-Thru at 4:11pm to place my order. There was only one car in front of me at the window at the time. I got my simple, single order of a $7 Trio at 4:35pm, which made me late for my daughter’s music lesson. No explanation, not even acknowledgement that their service was slow and crappy - for fast food. The car in front of me, had one bag and waited at least 10 minutes from time of payment to receive their food as well. And there were no cars in the parking lot. Atrocious, I could have gotten a sit down meal at a real restaurant quicker than a Whopper Jr and Chicken Sandwich.

Went through the drive thru and they gave me the wrong sandwich went back there to get the right sandwich and they gave me some guy named Ben sandwich 3 of the employees stared at me and wouldn't help I waited at least 10 mins for them to even acknowledge me standing there this place is ridiculous
