Burger too much mayo, sloppy cheese was $1.20 for a slice unreal.

So I went inside today for a quick bite to eat. It was quiet and clean. I ordered online mind you thinking it would be ready upon arrival. However the kind lady working the front made it fresh to order once I arrived. Customer Service at its finest. Ordered custom BOGO Whoppers, and a drink. Hot, fresh, all gone!!
Food was fresh and hot. Ladies restroom was very clean as was the restaurant!
Take long to do anything. Why did I have to wait a half hour for 4 burgers? No one was infront of me. It’s like they literally go as slow as they can. Even at the register. It’s called fast food. But not with you guys. Place is always dirty too. Bathrooms. Lobby. And god forbid you go through the drive through to order. They won’t get it right and it’ll take 5 hours of sitting to get your food. While you listen to their loud, non work conducive conversations, hooting and hollering… anything but making the damn food.
What bothered me the mist were two things. First, I could see employees eating a sandwich over the preparation line with his gloves still on, that's not sanitary. Second, although they all seem chummy with each other, they seem less than happy to be serving customers that frequent the place and are necessary to pay their paycheck.
Staff was super friendly and fast
The employees at that location seem quite unhappy. They exhibit rudeness without justification, and their behavior is both petty and disappointing. It's clear they could benefit from proper training. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to work in that industry. Fast food is tough work, but that shouldn't affect how customers are treated. My experience there was frustrating due to their lack of competence. I sincerely hope the store makes improvements, and given the state of the economy, I believe they will.
Waited 20 min. In drive thru. Food was not good
I had a $25 gift card so even though I would love to see all these joints flame grilled out of business!! I forced myself to eat some free food. I researched what menu options they had and totalled it all up so? I got my meal for $24 in some change. They almost 4 got that I ordered a MOTTs Applesauce. As they don't still many. The food was meh!!

Excellent experience today! The food was hot and delicious. We were in a hurry and this was a quick stop.
The place seemed to be a more updated version of a lot of BKs out there. Everything was clean and organized.
The service was good too. We were greeted right away with a friendly smile.
We would definitely come back!
Call to let them know that I received the wrong order I did not have time to come back and get a new sandwich no one has answered the phone I still have the receipt I just wanted credit to come and get a new sandwich
Tried to order food At 1:40pm January 24, 2025, and I was very displeased with the service at the drive-thru.Felt rushed to order. Two ppl rushed me to order. They rushed us to order our food and the male that picked up on the microphone said hurry up goodness never again.ppl don’t want food that ppl prepare with attitudes; lost my business; never again
