Long line at lunch but this crew efficency got everyone through the line and quickly checked out. Staff was friendly and very efficient. BTW the food/flavor was excellent. 5 stars for this Burger King and it's staff !!!

10/12/24 HORRIBLE experience and the reason we avoid this location at all cost. They either don’t have any staff working or they are rude. It was 9:24pm on a Saturday when we pulled up & they were open until 10 so we didn’t see that as an issue . We felt like a complete burden by the sound of his voice and when refused waters with our order we decided to leave … My family & I went to the drive through with 4 hungry kiddos . The gentlemen , or should I say “Male” that was taking our order was very rude…. My husband said “ can we also please have 6 small ice waters with our order” he responded “no sir” … we paused In disbelief … silent for 10 seconds then said “no?” …. He then muttered UGHHH… we replied “we can pay for them!!” He then sighed again and didn’t say anything else: We decided to take our business elsewhere.
Parking: Didn’t get that far. Left Before placing order ….

This Loveland location has been bad, but has improved a lot over the last few years. Love the afternoon crew - they've always been in a pretty good mood on the occasions I've been through the drive through. The dining area looks pretty fresh and clean.
Watch out for the construction next to the parking lot. It's messed up traffic and access to parking. One way in and out currently.

Visited on a busy Saturday afternoon. Caleb and his crew are awesome. They were getting slammed and made 1 tiny mistake which was quickly remedied with enthusiasm. Best service and food quality this visit. Keep up the great work. God bless.
Not sure if this is a corporate thing, but the croissant had 2 thin pieces of ham. They used to nuke it to melt the cheese. They don’t here.

This location is just constant poor service. Wrong orders, running out of large cups early in a weekend, not toasting bread on sandwiches that should have toasted sourdough. Update: Service still poor. Didn't ask me which mobile order I had, had to drive around twice, missing fries even after, didn't tell me on the first trip around the building that their frozen coke machine was down. This BK just seems to suffer from poor service more than others. Great location, decent food, and poor service.
