I ordered impossible whopper meal, paid for extra cheese and only got 1 slices of cheese, I am 99% sure the whopper was meat. I ordered thru Burger King app and it was delivered by door dash . It took an hour to get my food ( for a 10 min. Drive ) everything was cold. I threw the fries away and I microwaved my sandwich and ate about half before also throwing it away. I have gout and can't eat red meat. Within half an hour of eating what I ate I was hurting and felt sick at my stomach. I have eaten impossible whopper before and the texture of this one was completely different. So to recap ... not only did I throw most of my food away what I did manage to eat made me sick. And spent 22$ what a waste.

This place is horrible, i went here to grab some food for the night and the food was cold and disgusting, nothing was fresh whatsoever and they gave me some yellow hard cheese sticks and the manager kept staring at me when i asked for hot sauce like a weirdo

This appears to be the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever been in. Drink station, counter, tables, floors, bathrooms were spotless. Kudos to management and staff! Service was great with a smile. Food was as expected for a Burger King. I didn’t care for the ham croissant so can’t recommend that but otherwise. Great first experience at this Burger King.

10/25 Service was slow & food was edible, but definitely was sitting there for a while and needed to be selling fresher food.
We just ate at the Burger King on Fields Ertel in Mason and the experience was better than any restaurant experience we’ve had in a while. The food was correct, the place was clean, and the staff was over the top nice. They were even having a great time amongst themselves back in the kitchen. It was super nice to see people being so happy and positive!

The customer service was TERRIBLE the girl working drive thru was so rude from start to finish and the time I waited in the driver thru is embarrassing (20min) only one car at the window and two in front of me to order. We only got 2 sandwiches and a fry

Probably the worst service i’ve ever received at a fast food restaurant. Went to order in the drive thru lady was rude told me to wait twice after asking me what i wanted to order then i ended up sitting there for 5 minutes drove around had to go inside nobody took my order for 10 more minutes.
