Foreign lady that works there is very rude and abrasive and should not be working the front counter position. I know several co workers who also won’t go inside if they see only her at the counter. Baked goods are tasty but being rude and unhelpful to customers should be unacceptable. She also consistently throws goods in a bag very carelessly to the point they are not enjoyable upon removal. No paper between items with icing or even so much as an attempt to position them in a way that won’t ruin your items. Please coach your staff on how to represent your brand more appropriately.

This was my first time here, and it didn't disappoint. I was told about Buskins, and I was hoping it was all it was hyped up to be. First, we were greeted immediately by the staff! I ended up getting a dozen doughnuts, loaf of onion rye, and a double butter cake. I was in heaven, at least until I hit the scale!
