I always want to call this place the 80’s cafe. They have some nice pictures on the wall of 80’s stars and typical 80’s music. I have heard some songs in here that I hadn’t heard in 30 years. Food is good, people are friendly.

Old school cafeteria for federal employees, but the general public is welcome (you will have to go through security). Great food, friendly service, classic lunch room ambiance. Unbeatable prices. If you know, you know. Try the fried fish sandwich!

Had couple good meals - The chef Salad was Very Good ... the Patty melt was good.... prices OK considering the recent inflationary issues... the basic tables / chairs / aged facility and flatware utensils position the cafe as a lower level family restaurant but it's OK. Our particular orders took a really long time to be served....

Neighborhood treasure with great food and service! A Cheers atmosphere with fabulous food! Chile, burgers and a traditional pub atmosphere.

People appear to be confusing this place with a restaurant located elsewhere. This place, at 550 Main St, is the cafeteria located in the J.W. Peck Federal Building.I have been here a handful of times for my lunch, and I'm sorry to say, I'm very disappointed in the quality of the food. If you've eaten public school cafeteria food before, the food here at Cafe Americana is very similar. I think they use the same supplier.

american food, super tasty. Looking forward to returning with my coworkers. The prices are well within reason for the quality.

A fav location for american food. Food with real quality ingredients. I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. This place has a cool design.

Bread pudding was amazing. Waitress very nice! Will be back.
We've been here before and this is a good place for comfort food. Service was a bit slow and uneven but our selections were great.
One of our favorite new lunch spots. Great food, friendly staff, and a surprisingly good selection of drafts as well
Love the rustic atmosphere! Great service and good food. I have always wanted to try it. I have been driving past it for years. We will be back.
Great food sadly I don't get a chance to get only once a year
