An associate helped me with my deposit and then gave me complimentary coffee. Totally great experience. Location is tough because of all the people but it was a smooth transaction

Sylver was incredibly nice and helpful during my first visit ever to a Capital One Café and went out of her way to make myself and my wife feel at home. I left with the feeling of community that gave Starbucks its touch. The coffee was pretty good too. Great spot to go during shopping season - can’t recommend it enough!

I had A financial problem to contend with and while it wasn’t fully resolved, the customer service was beyond excellent. I was helped by Sylver and I believe it was her second day. She is the epitome of fantastic and friendly customer service. I’m so grateful to her and every measure she took to try to resolve the issue. She went above and beyond to help. The Capital One café in general is a fantastic place to visit. It’s warm and cozy and you can take also take care of your finances. Thank you again! I really love the concept and I love all the baking services that I’ve received so far! Keep up the great work guys!!

Very welcoming! Very friendly! Chris and Clay were amazing at helping me choose a drink. They explained the menu well and even went the extra mile to tell me about the high quality ingredients they use. I will be a daily customer now! Thanks for making my first experience wonderful!

Being in mall, there is some noise you could avoid if you went to a smaller coffee shop somewhere else. Recommend bringing headphones.

I had an amazing experience at the Capital One Café in Kenwood. Erin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable—she walked me through the pre-approval process for a credit card and took the time to explain every single card in detail. She helped me understand which card best suited my needs and made the entire process feel easy and informative. I walked away with so much knowledge and confidence about my credit options. 10/10 experience—thank you, Erin!

Worthless as a bank branch...Capital One sent a letter that they needed ID information as my daughter's minor checking account was graduating to an adult checking account. Went into this Capital One Cafe and they had no ability to help her with this very basic transaction. Not sure what the point of this bank branch is if you can't complete simple tasks here. You can certainly tell how they are compensated though...she was asked 4 times if she wanted to open a 360 savings account. Don't bother trying to get any information you can't already get on internet.

One of the best Capital One Cafe I’ve been to. Great place for capital one customers. They have two hour nooks for capital customers. I wished they served Peet’s Coffee like most cafe I’ve been to though!
