Jenna with Capital One was an absolute joy to have assist me! I came in with an issue as being an authorized user on an account and she was extremely patient, professional, friendly, and results-driven helping me to solve the problem with with knowledge and a smile on her face. Jenna THANK YOU!

We went there tonight to check on our account. The barista was super nice. Also, Roscoe was very helpful in getting our account updated and called Capital One on our behalf to get a new password as well . Very friendly staff and great place to relax from doing some Christmas shopping 🛍️.

I never knew Capital had this concept. Amazing! Very friendly. Place to get quiet space from the bustle. Starbucks is a zoo, no place to get any real work done ; thanks Capital o r for introducing the cafe banking concept!

I would give 5 stars if the coffee shop actually gave sizes that fit the cost! It's insane to charge someone (a capital one cardholder) regardless if they pay with that card or not $7 for an 8oz cup of coffee! That literally infuriated me, so I won't be purchasing anything else in the future. The atmosphere and service quality are fine tho.

Visited the Capital One Cafe outlet at the Kenwood Towne Center, OH, multiple times. It's a great place to just sit down, relax a bit, have a hot beverage such as their trending Verve Coffee, ample selection of their other premium coffee blends, hot tea, some snacks, or even some pastries, apart from their cookies, including a salty one! This is also a great place to get some much awaited calm and quiet environment, if you compare it with the often busy mall atmosphere and also with its highly visible foot traffic.

It's also a great place to get some work done, take your laptops, and could use one of the three quiet rooms available. Don't forget you have the banking facility option right at the front, once you enter the cafe. Usually, the staff who provide the services are great with great customer service skills and patience. There is an ATM available. They even provide some Capital One swag or small gifts, especially during the holidays. The Cafe even once provided me with some good sourced Verve Coffee samples.

The Cafe also offers some cakes, pastries, muffins, danish and croissants apart from small naans. There is an issue of not having enough light snacks or pastries in stock, which are, however, in display. I have had this experience multiple times!

Suggestion: Please also try to include some vegetarian or other cuisine choices, fruits, and maybe fresh juices on the menu. The Coffee, if provided a bit lighter, would reduce the excessive use of sugar! I don't prefer very strong coffee. They do provide cane sugar and milk, though! Organic merchandise is also available.

Capital One Cafe is very neat and organized with adequate seating. There is even a spacious family area or one with more privacy at the back with a good display of wall paintings. The Cafe is well lit. The restrooms are very clean. Guests can avail 50% discount on hot beverages, especially once you tender your Capital One cards. You will also never be disappointed with a Capital One card while you are on a foreign trip as it's highly reliable and rarely rejected! There are no foreign transaction fees either! Capital One Cafe is worth a visit!

Parking: There is free plenty of parking, but always busy and especially during the weekends. Believe, there is valet parking as well, if I amn't mistaken!

The cafe has a nice environment and comfortable seating, though the music is a bit loud. There are three quiet rooms for meetings, but the largest room has been repurposed for employees with no intent to use it. I was interrupted during a video meeting and asked to move to the open area, despite the room not being used by any employee. This lack of consideration from the Capital One team was disappointing. I hope they address these issues, as the cafe has great potential otherwise.

Awesome cafe! Great respite from the mall and place to stop in for good coffee and seating for socializing, reading, light computer work, or all of the above. Awesome staff, polite, fast, couldn't have asked for more.
