My family came for Dim Sum and were excited because we had some good recommendations. We got seated in a corner. 45min sitting there and NONE of the carts walked by. We got food twice because we had to flagged someone to bring food to us. Servers walked by us multiple times and went to other tables to serve them. The only substantial food we got was the roast duck we special ordered when we were seated. No refills on any drinks either. Food was good, what little we did get to the table but this pic should not be what a family of 5 adults at Dim Sum should look like. We will not be coming back.

Be careful when ordering dim sum here. We were charged for hot tea that we never ordered, and they seem to have miscounted the number of dim sum items we ordered.

Better quality than any others. Great menu selection and fantastic prices. Love grabbing something from the rotating lunch special menu when I'm at work.

The best of the best for dim sum around the area! Our family loves our Sundays brunch here with dim sum and beef noodles soup. A must try ?

The restaurant offers the freshest seafood quality. The boss is very nice and friendly. Come and enjoy the most authentic Cantonese food in town.

By far, the worst Szechuan chicken I have ever eaten. Everything was so overcooked that it was turning to mush, sauce and all ingredients were bland. Pretty likely that the food served to me at 7PM was cooked this morning and left in a steam table all day. I took 1 bite and threw my food in the trash.
First time I have ever ordered from here and there will not me a next time.

Longtime customer of the Newport, KY location. Keep coming back for their Chicken General which is really good. The food here at the Sharonville location seems to be similar but not quite on the same level. The main difference is that the customer service staff isn't very friendly, and this location isn't very convenient to get carryout from. Felt like I was inconveniencing the "host" when I placed my order and he barely looked up from his phone. Not the experience I want when I am paying $13 for a meal. Probably going to go elsewhere if I can't make it to Newport.

Very bad attitude services of customers services , we’re ready booking revelations table online , when we checking tell us waiting 1 hours
I asked multiple times on how a broccoli delight dinner was cooked before purchasing. Well I got the wrong desired requested rice and the food was under cooked, not cooked as requested and missing /minus the light sauce that is detailed on the menu. I lost.

I used to order carry out from here a lot, usually with others from my office. Every time I go I have to argue about the rice, menu says fried rice served with lunch they always give you white no matter what, then I was told soup was not included but the online menu has you select the soup you want, and half the time they forget my egg rolls then don't want to replace them all when I place my next order. The food is good, but the service is terrible.

My wife and I stopped in for a low-key meal. She ordered the General Tso’s Chicken, I had an eggroll with a plate of Chicken Fries Rice. The food was ready in a few minutes and tasted great; and the server was attentive. We haven’t eaten at this location in years, (it was Sun Garden). I will admit that the atmosphere was very low key; but “casual” is now in the name - so overall a great place.

The quality and freshness of dimsum here is quite remarkable. It’s better than other dimsum places around here i.e. westchester, Field’s Ertel, Glendale. Don’t forget to try shrimp Chong-fen, shy-Mai, and deep fried taro dumpling. Also put in orders for Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce and flat rice noodles with beef too. They were all so fresh and delicious. The service is stereotypical hole-in-the -wall service but they are friendly and nice people. This place is one of my weekend favorites.
This is hands down one of the nicest places to casual dine! It is well lit, bright and airy. Food and service fantastic!
