I asked multiple times on how a broccoli delight dinner was cooked before purchasing. Well I got the wrong desired requested rice and the food was under cooked, not cooked as requested and missing /minus the light sauce that is detailed on the menu. I lost.Vegetarian options: Not a vegetarian option

I used to order carry out from here a lot, usually with others from my office. Every time I go I have to argue about the rice, menu says fried rice served with lunch they always give you white no matter what, then I was told soup was not included but the online menu has you select the soup you want, and half the time they forget my egg rolls then don't want to replace them all when I place my next order. The food is good, but the service is terrible.

My wife and I stopped in for a low-key meal. She ordered the General Tso’s Chicken, I had an eggroll with a plate of Chicken Fries Rice. The food was ready in a few minutes and tasted great; and the server was attentive. We haven’t eaten at this location in years, (it was Sun Garden). I will admit that the atmosphere was very low key; but “casual” is now in the name - so overall a great place.
The quality and freshness of dimsum here is quite remarkable. It’s better than other dimsum places around here i.e. westchester, Field’s Ertel, Glendale. Don’t forget to try shrimp Chong-fen, shy-Mai, and deep fried taro dumpling. Also put in orders for Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce and flat rice noodles with beef too. They were all so fresh and delicious.The service is stereotypical hole-in-the -wall service but they are friendly and nice people. This place is one of my weekend favorites.

Food is good but service isn't great. I ordered online and did a pick up. My ordered was placed directly through the online order link on their website. When I went to pick up my order I was scolded by the employee working because you can't order a small on a holiday? I kindly told him they need to update their website. Not very friendly customer service in my opinion....

Dim sums are very good, especially the shumai and sticky rice in lotus leaves. The owner is so nice but busy and it is a nice space that can host small and large parties.

We just got take out tonight.. I got chicken fried rice.. my husband wasn’t sure what he wanted so they suggested bourbon chicken..OMGosh!! So good.. that is what I’ll be getting next time..my favorite local Chinese restaurant..
I went in to order excited about my sesame chicken but the older man that was taking my order was nothing less than rude. He came to take my order and was on his phone for the 1st 10 seconds of standing in front of me, I chose not to take it personal things happen… he didn’t greet me soI took it upon myself to say, “how are you”he says “fine”… So after about 5 seconds pass i said great, me too. He then proceeds to say “what do you want ?”… again i decide not to take it personal and said what’s your favorite between sesame chicken or general Tso.. he said sesame.. i said okay may i order the lunch portion he said egg roll? I said vegetable he said no don’t have i said shrimp he said no. I said okay he said chicken i said no thank you. I thought it came with an egg roll turns out it didn’t anyway.. he said is that all? I said i thought it had a choice of white rice or fried he said it does… so i said may i please get i fried rice, I said does it come with onion in it he said no, i said can i get onions in it he said it’s already premade.. I’m like man i don’t even have the funds to spend already but I’m most certainly won’t give my money to a Chinese spot where the customer service is distasteful and where he’s also making me think the food would be just as distasteful.. so i told him never mind thank you for your time and walked out. Really disappointing

7:15pm, walking to doors an employee sitting outside on their phone looks up and yells, "We close at 9!" Went inside, no one there. Sat myself and he came up and threw the menus on the table. Mad because I still came in. The menus tossed down were NOT the same ones they display on their website. The dish names are listed on the menu give but no description. I saw a black dot move on the table, then it jumped on me. A flea! I brushed it off of me and ran out. Never again.

Never actually ate here. I live about 1/2 hr away and stopped by after having purchased a Local Flavor deal (similar to groupon). The expiration is Nov 2023. Upon entering we had the certificate in hand. The owner told us they no longer accept this deal (that I paid for). What a scam. No sign on the door saying they won't honor the certificate. I have purchased many of these over the years and I believe this is only the 2nd time I've encountered this sort of issue. The guy asked for my phone number so he could call me if he decides to accept it. No way would I ever go back there. Terrible business practice! Lots of competition. Go somewhere else that is not out to deceive customers.
