I don't usually review restaurants, but I'm feeling compelled to leave one for Catch-A-Fire pizza. I was pretty disappointed with this overall experience. We got to the restaurant a little after 6pm on 9/25. Server immediately brought waters, which suggests good service. Well, I was wrong. The drink order was coke, milk and a beer, theu brought thebwrong beer. Whatev, no big deal. It was me, my wife and 4 kids. One would think, well, since this party has 4 kids, maybe I should do a little bit more, make it a little bit faster. Nope. We didn't get our food til 7:15pm. And by that time, the kids and wife were ready to leave. We ordered to small pizzas and two haogies. One pizza was pretty burnt, and one of the hoagoes ordered, a steak haogie, was a burger patty with cheese. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Customer service was wonderful. Pizza was kind of bland/ undercooked. But I'll try again.
Bad experience we literally been waiting for awhile, people that came in after us have their food maybe they forgot about us, this is a bad feeling 😌

We went here on a whim over one of our favorite spots, and we wished we had gone with the other option.
We walked in the door at 1:40, and left at 3:16. We only ordered two wraps and some wings.
We ordered two buffalo chicken wraps and six wings and waited about 30minutes— and the place was nearly dead. I only saw one waitress and she was busy with the four other tables, cleaning, and looked like some kind of prep work. Our wraps were cold, and when ordering a buffalo chicken wrap with wood fired chicken, I was expecting a hot wrap. It didn’t say the chicken would be hot, it’s just what I was used to. No harm in them there, it’s just good to know if you plan on ordering it.
I didn’t like my wrap and could not eat it, so she kindly took it off the bill and we just got another order of wings instead. The wings were pretty good!
Would I recommend this place? Based on this experience, no. But was it bad? Not necessarily, but the food took forever to come out and then it took a long time to get cashed out.

I stopped by the Blue Ash Catch A Fire location for lunch for the first time and was not disappointed. I know Pizza is in the name but you have to try the wings. The Cincy Spice Rub is truly a taste of Cincinnati that happend to be cooked to perfection. I also had the Smile BBQ pizza and it too was delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and was more than happy to give us her personal feedback as we told her we were first timers. I will definitely be back!
