I need to start this off with - I absolutely love Chameleon. We have been coming here for years. HOWEVER, It was really disappointing when I had signed and paid my bill at the end of the night and Kenzi, the manager, said, “I’ve been a great bartender, I think I’ve earned a twenty percent tip.” This put my husband on the spot to “fix it” for her with her watching. Highly inappropriate and unethical to coerce people you’ve been serving alcohol to change their tip amount to meet your standard. I hope this does not become a new practice among the bar staff given she manages that side of the business. I need to reiterate that the bill was paid up already. Her demanding and insisting on extra money on top of the tip I already paid her is not good business. Again, the bill was paid. We have never had this happen to us in Northside. She felt comfortable saying these things to us, then I have to assume she is also doing it to other patrons.
Alex, who manages the kitchen, helped alleviate some of our concern when we brought this to his attention over the phone, and I hope Kenzi can learn from him how to serve the customer rather than demand what she believes she deserves.

We came up from Arkansas to visit our friends and just happened to come in and try the deep dish pizza and wings, and WOW, absolutely delicious and well worth the trip. now every time we come back to Cincinnati, its an official stop of ours!!

Hi usually stop in 2-3 x wk get slice veggie pizza. Usually very good. Tonite extremely scmpy on veggíes. Asked cook for more. Came back w 2 Teeeny bits of onion one teeny floret of broccoli. So funny had to laugh. Confronted asked who did pizza he said I gave you more veggies like asked. Laughed al could fit on a dime room to spare. Pretty rude for a reg. patron whtever

When it showed up it was cold and the pizza was so burnt we couldn’t even eat most of it and the wings were soggy like falling off the bone but in a bad way and when we called to get a refund they refused.

Hands down the best pizza in Cincinnati. One of my favorites from anywhere, really. The "deep dish" is really more like a Sicilian pizza but regardless what they call it, we order it once a week. It's irresistible.

Terrible service. We paid and waited for an hour. When we checked after 30 mins they said that deep dishes take longer. After another 15 mins they said we didn’t pay and the food was not prepared. Horrible. Horrible. HORRIBLE!!!!

Paid for pizza and wings and sat in and my order was never submitted after a hour a half of waiting. One of the workers reassured me the orders of deep dish take a while which i understand however they didn’t even start my order to begin with would not recommend.

One of the best dive bars the city has to offer. I'm a great neighborhood that just feels like one giant working class dive bar. Great drink selection, great food, especially pizza, wings, and unique mozz sticks. Sauces are killer. Service is classic surely negligent, but also great if you're just not a dick.
