Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Walked in at 9:10 asked the workers if they were still serving food and they just looked at me and didn’t give me any kind of response. Would not recommend take your money somewhere else

The food was fast that was a red flag, the cheesesteak was sloppy and not seasoned well, the wings taste like rubber , and the sauce was pour on top. Not covered well. It was my first and last time. 23 dollars for slop! Waste of money. I not sure how they stay in business serving this slop!

Not today 😔.. my steak sandwich had literally no meat on it ..I ask for cheddar, and I couldn't even taste it. The lemonade was ok but I think it needs 🤔 IDK what it needs but something.. maybe use the fruit on that ice and the workers was so down like they didn't want to work...Not the whole crew lazy and it's colrain u gotta come a little more professional leave the issues home we all have bad days ..I ate this once before and I order off door dash it was better then . To come in person I was hangry..so I'll try one last time after y'all see this review...Hope to see ya soon!!!

Stole my money and didn't give me my food
Edit: their night supervisor absolutely sucks and made a comment under her breath about spitting in my food... but I did get a refund after 4 times of going in for one.

Full story the messed up my food twice i went back in and they took the food refused to remake it properly and refused to give me a refund. It took me emailing corporate and finding the owner on Facebook.

Went in and had a request for an ingredient to not be put on the sandwich due to allergies. They put the ingredient on the sandwich.

When I asked for it to be remade, minus that ingredient, they just scraped half the toppings and meat off to get rid of the offending item.

I asked for it to be remade completely so I could get what I paid for, but they refused. Asked for my money back and they said they have a 'no refunds policy' and i could come back the next morning for it.

The people were rude and refused to even attempt to do their job half way competently.

Be aware if you have allergies or special needs, they won't honor the request.

The very best burgers you'll ever find! Super clean atmosphere and super friendly staff. Wish this place was closer to home. We'd eat there everyday. 10/10! 🙌

Angel at the front end was so friendly And helpful with order at the counter. She took the time the to be patient enough with my young ones to order their own food. She also explained to be wings come with fries and saving me from ordering to much, that’s really awesome and offered upgrades on the fries. Always love the food! The garlic Parmesan wings are the bomb! Don’t understand how they aren’t always busier. Love the cheese steaks too,never greasy like other companies!
