The very best burgers you'll ever find! Super clean atmosphere and super friendly staff. Wish this place was closer to home. We'd eat there everyday. 10/10! 🙌

Angel at the front end was so friendly And helpful with order at the counter. She took the time the to be patient enough with my young ones to order their own food. She also explained to be wings come with fries and saving me from ordering to much, that’s really awesome and offered upgrades on the fries. Always love the food! The garlic Parmesan wings are the bomb! Don’t understand how they aren’t always busier. Love the cheese steaks too,never greasy like other companies!

When Charleys first came to the Northgate location, it was very good. We ate there quite a lot in the beginning. The manager there was nice and always recognized us. I don’t think she is there anymore. But we have definitely slowed down patronizing here. The last 3 times, the amount of meat is sparse as is the cheese. We always order extra cheese (& no veggies) which we never seem to get. It costs $1.50 for extra cheese which is pretty pricey- especially when you can’t see it or even taste it. I was eating in one time and took my sandwich back to the front and the person was rude and said that was the amount of cheese you get. I don’t think we will be back for a long time.

Food was good but unfortunately the service was horrible. Skylynn took our order, she wasn’t very friendly but I get it some people have bad days. My complaint is she kept giving me and my husband dirty looks the entire time we were there eating. I went up and asked for an extra ranch, which she replied “eighty five cents” I wasn’t going to scan my card for eighty five cents so I just said never mind. However once Skylynn’s friends came in she proceeded to give them each a free drink.

Edit: I’ve noticed the owner has replied to multiple reviews saying to send an email including the date, time, location, and order number. However, no email address is given. I assume the replies are simply for reputation, not resolution.

Good food, however not so great order accuracy. The employee who took our order was very inattentive and walked away multiple times in the middle of taking our order. No “excuse me for one moment” or any words, she just walked away mid order and eventually returned, then repeated this 2 more times. Needless to say, the order was not made correctly.

The Philly steaks and fries here are great. They are delicious with and without the cold veggies, though the flavor profiles differ. Staff are usually friendly and helpful, and do a very good job of getting our orders right. I do wish they had kept the condiments out and easily accessible like they used to be, and the napkins at the tables. I miss being able to sprinkle malt vinegar on my fries. Seating is somewhat limited for the size of the place.

I had the pleasure of going here twice this week and it was awesome I can't believe the consistency and I assure you that's what what made me write this review. When I returned the second day it was nice to see the same staff members and the customer service was right on point.
I truly appreciated the consistency of the cook and staff at this restaurant who prepared my meals after two long days of work.
Thank you all very much and I look forward to seeing you again after a long day at work.
