Charleys Philly Steaks and Wings

Ordered DoorDash and my meal was not ready yet they forgot my fries and three of my milkshakes before handing off my order to the DoorDasher. Now both are at fault but why would the restaurant hand a not ready meal to my dasher. Then when I tried to call to fulfill my order and pick up what they messed up no one answered.

I had to come back, and it was just as good. I decided to come back to Charlie’s after a great first visit, and honestly, it was just as good this time. The food was still super fresh and tasty, and the service was quick and friendly again.

The place is clean, chill, and the owner is really kind and welcoming. Definitely a solid spot—I’ll keep coming back for sure!

Walking to the counter the worker was on her phone and barely noticed I was there and in the back of the store another worker was in a phone call. I’m in a hurry and before I order I asked “how long does it take for an order of wings” she responds 5 minutes I said ok that’s fine and placed my order. It’s been took an entire 2 minutes for her to finish up her Personal phone call before she dropped my food in the fryer.

Their wings are excellent, the sauce is great, and the ice cream cones take me back to my childhood.

Customer service is trash your baggage, the stuff by yourself the order all the time is not right if you order large, they give you a medium all the time

It’s not bad, but it’s not great. The combo was $11 with a 20% tip. The boneless was good and hot with plenty of sauce, the fries seemed a little under cooked and the portion was very small.

Tried to order and the cashier could not understand me. Would have ordered online but figured I’d be able to order at the register. This was my first time attempting to order from this restaurant.

When I took a bite of my Philly cheese steak sandwich, it had a lot of bones in it.I started chewing on them and wound up spitting it out my mouth. Then I tell my sister who also Bought a filling cheese steak.
That I am by the non bones. Then she says to me. I'm also chewing on bones. So she showed me her bones. That she pulled out of her mouth.. The sandwich week that was so nasty and made me feel like I had to throw up. We did not eat our sandwich.I still have our sandwich right here.We took two bites each sandwich.

Don’t be fooled because it’s a food place inside a Walmart. They had a deal on uber eats. So I gave them a try and omg way better than expected. Can’t wait to go back!

I am so glad to find this jewel inside Walmart! We had the Philly cheese steak, fried chicken, and ice cream! All the ingredients are fresh. Surprisingly it is much better than other sandwiches or burgers! The store is clean and the cashier is very kind. I will stop by again!!
