Staff was extremely rude, the lady making the drinks was yelling at people and did not have any type of good customer service and the only thing I ordered was fries and a fruit cup and it took almost an hour for me to receive my order.

I was at Chick-fil-A at UC this afternoon and I made an order for a chocolate milkshake alongside fries and chicken nuggets. When my order was ready for pickup I asked for my milkshake and I was told they don't have that i should go get any other drink... Then why include it in the menu if you didn't have it in stock. The two people that attended to me were not nice at all and they just dismissed me like my order didn't matter. I really like Chick-fil-A, just hope they do better next time...
