The owner does not want to return my calls so I’ll do it here. DO NOT GO HERE! Customer service is absolutely horrible! They don’t care about paying customers at all. I asked to have my LARGE fry box filled which it was not filled at all after spending almost 40 bucks. The manager TAE told me no and when I asked for corporate’s phone number he said “go look it up online”. I immediately contacted corporate and still no response. Go to another location the food is never fresh anyway. I will NEVER return here!!

People that weren’t here before me got there food before me. I also ordered right after my bestfriend and she got her food 10 minutes before i got my food.

They preference the inside line of the drive through. Just had 4 cars that came after me order and leave before me that were on the inside line. They also always seem to hand you a cup with tons of coke on the outside. Dine in has always been fine. Same with catering.

It's not fair that you go so calmly to order food and that those who are taking your order make fun of you with those who are serving just because you don't speak English very well the truth is a horrible experience and how sad that it is a Latina someone who speaks your own language that's what happened to me here this restaurant

Ollie was a outstanding server. She was super respectful and delivered our food as soon as it was ready. She displayed pure class and how every server should treat customers.
ollie was an amazing worker. she really got the food out as soon as i needed. she was EXTREMELY polite.
I'm not use to this place being rude but goin through the drive thru this morning, I swear I was getting Popeyes treatmeant.. not use to it at this location.. Just saying.. go back to what you know..

You guys can do better. You keep shorting my order everytime. Do I literally have to count my stuff? That’s unfair!
This location is abysmal. Employees are disoriented, they have no clue what's going on, and I stood in here for an hour and a half waiting for an online order. The point of ordering online is to get your food faster. Not here, though. Ordering online sends this Chick Fil A into an implosion of confusion where they tell you multiple times your food is being made, and every time, it's a lie. They finally handed me my order crammed into a torn bag, which ripped as soon as I grabbed it from them. My food fell all over the floor. I didn't have another hour and a half to spend on them remaking it, so I just left. Never going here again.

This has got to be my worst chic fil a experience ever. We waited in the drivethru for literally 35 minutes. Finally ordered. Gave name. Asked for condiments for each meal. When we got to the window they then informed me out of kids meals- fine whatever just add a kids ice cream. But then I get my bag- they forgot the kids meal drink- my drink, the fries are literally ice cold and No condiments. How do you have cold fries afyer a 35 min wait and drive thru packed?? So dry nuggets for the win. Dont bother to call- I called twice and no one answers and the phone doesnt go to a voicemail.

Fries were ice cold. You can tell they had been sitting for a while. They definitely weren't fresh. My children wouldn't even eat them because they were "cold and nasty." The kids were upset their tenders were not fresh either. I'm very disappointed. I would have gone back for a refund or a remake of my food, but I didn't have the time. I can't believe how bad this experience was at Chick-fil-A 😳.

First location I ever went to when they handed me my order and I said thank you and rep said nothing! Every location I have ever been to always says “My Pleasure.” Not this location.
