Food is delicious & is served by efficient, polite, cheerful employees - consistently. Napkins, utensils, condiments, etc. are never forgotten.

The employees who take orders from drive-thru customers need more training on moving cars through the line. On a recent visit the outside order takers didn't move cars forward (there was enough room for 6-7 cars to move up in line) while the other line was completely empty.
Fries were ice cold. You can tell they had been sitting for a while. They definitely weren't fresh. My children wouldn't even eat them because they were "cold and nasty." The kids were upset their tenders were not fresh either. I'm very disappointed. I would have gone back for a refund or a remake of my food, but I didn't have the time. I can't believe how bad this experience was at Chick-fil-A 😳.
Still working to reach manger. Order was missing extra chicken on the salad ordered. No salad dressing for salad. So hard to eat salad w no dressing. Phone number on receipt isn't valid. Goggle has different number and that rings and hangs up.
Called customer service 2x states message will be sent to store and will hear from someone. No time-frame for follow up.
