This location inside the mall is pretty great! It’s good to do car side order, but the dine in is also quick and efficient as well! I do wish there was a separate location also in the Kenwood area. Then lots of people would use that as well! Anyways, great location overall!

The employees here are bullies every time I go to this location on my lunch break they put a derogatory word as my name and yell it out when my order is ready. It’s humiliating and I wear a badge that says what my name is so there is no excuse .

Bought a carryout while visiting the Kenwood Towne Center/Mall. I wasn't surprised at all to find a long queue due to the popularity of the so called Chick-Fil-A brand or products. The mall foot traffic also adds to the crowd.
Bought a Chick-Fil-A Classic Chicken Sandwich. It cost me $4.79 for a single sandwich. I felt that it was overpriced due to its given size or quantity, quite similar to most of their other items. The sandwich was okay since I opted not to have either any mayonnaise or lettuce, except for tomato on it. The strange taste of the particular oil used on the chicken patty was quite obvious and I didn't like it. The Chick-Fil-A Waffle fries seem to be popular among patrons and available at Kroger or some of the other grocery chains in their frozen aisles.

The cashier was so nice made sure everything thing I ordered was correct and I noticed she made sure my drink was filled perfectly. She was the one with the accent and the glasses.
Chicken filets look nothing like advertised in commercials. Garden salad was basically just lettuce, extremely minimal cheese and only 1 grape tomato. Both items small for the price. Never again.
