Received no lime juice/sauce on spicy grilled chicken sandwich. Did not receive requested mayo for chicken sandwich. Both sauces were listed on receipt. Dont think I have ever not received items in my bag here. Normally a great place.

Not one to complain but after about 10 negative experiences I have air my grievances somewhere. Numerous times I have ordered chicken noodle soup for it to be cold. The same is hit or miss with the chicken sandwich I order. The staff inside the restaurant needs serious customer service training. I get they are younger kids but they are not personable, professional, or caring about the customers experience at all. I am not sure if this location is under new management the past couple years but everything here has fallen off the cliff. I just ordered a delivery through the Chick Fil A app for it to tell me my order is on the way and never show up. I called the app, they told me the driver has picked up the order and for me to give it more time. Gave it another 15 minutes, called the same support for them to tell me they need to cancel the order because the store can not fulfill it. Why would the customer service rep along with the app say the driver had picked up the order? Did the person just drive off with it? How was this resolved you ask. By me driving to the location and placing an order myself. Unreal. Couldn't believe the answers I was getting from the customer service end of Chick Fil A. I will never be back to this location and have inquired to speak with the Franchisee. This is unacceptable at the highest level!!

Tonight 12/19 I came in for dinner with the family. Naturally the dining room was already busy for service so we grabbed a table and ordered. Upon getting our food we discovered my part of the order had several things wrong. The drink, the sandwich, missing the kids ice cream, etc. I don’t write this to complain but to complement the staff and Destiny in particular who helped with a smile every time I came up with a new issue. Good reviews when things go wrong are far and few between, even when the issue was fixed. Thank you Destiny and thank you Chick-fil-a.

Chick-fil-A has always been one of my favorites. I love the number one and I love their Cobb salads with crispy or grilled chicken. I came there the other night got two Cobb salad salads one with grilled one with , And two chicken sandwiches the food‘s just not the same. The chicken is definitely not the same chicken that it’s been and the buns are like Kroger hamburger dollar buns literally fall apart. I just not happy probably will not come here again. Food made me feel sick to my stomach like didn’t have any flavor you would expect for how expensive Chick-fil-A is for them to keep the quality of their food And not be like every other restaurant that starts to get money and get popular and then doesn’t keep their food quality up
