Received no lime juice/sauce on spicy grilled chicken sandwich. Did not receive requested mayo for chicken sandwich. Both sauces were listed on receipt. Dont think I have ever not received items in my bag here. Normally a great place.

Tonight 12/19 I came in for dinner with the family. Naturally the dining room was already busy for service so we grabbed a table and ordered. Upon getting our food we discovered my part of the order had several things wrong. The drink, the sandwich, missing the kids ice cream, etc. I don’t write this to complain but to complement the staff and Destiny in particular who helped with a smile every time I came up with a new issue. Good reviews when things go wrong are far and few...

The restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by the thoughtful touch of fresh flowers on each table. The food was excellent, and I appreciated the option to have my fries prepared extra crispy. When I made this request, Grayden, who took my order, was exceptionally polite and accommodating, unlike the often indifferent service found at many fast food establishments. His positive attitude and kindness truly stood out. My family and I always enjoy our visits to Chick-fil-A.
