Went for dinner when it was busy and they accidentally forgot the fries in the drive thru. They saw my husband come back and asked him what he needed before he even got to the door. They sent him back to our warm car and said they’d be right out. Within 30 seconds, a nice gentleman brought out the fries and wished us well. I’ll always immediately forgive and come back to Chic-fil-A with these things because of how exceptional the customer service is. Bless the Lord’s Chicken 🙏

I understand wanting to get home after work and all but when you close at 10pm and I rush over to get food from your business at 9:45 and then you try to serve me a frosted lemonade the consistency of water and tell me that’s how it comes (even though I get these multiple times a week) when really after talking to you l, you admit that it’s because you were shutting the machine down is SOOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!!! If you want to close at 9:45 then close at 9:45!!! IF YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 10, THEN SERVE EVERYTHING UNTIL 10!!! I could have went to 2 other locations and got better results!! I got out of bed and rushed here to make it before close because I was craving a frosted lemonade. From now on I should just stay home and you all should change your hours of operation. I always thought chic-fil-a held themselves to a higher standard- guess not

How do they work such magic 🤔✨ I was driving down colerain and thought oh Chick-fil-A sounds good looked over and noticed there was a line decided to take my chances and boy am I glad I did. They have this figured out faster than any drive-thru I've been through fresh food excellent customer service and I got a gift because it was Halloween

My entire order was incorrect. I spent $50 dollars. Waited 30 minutes for every single item to be wrong. I've asked for a refund 3 times and they've refused. I will never return to this location. It's poorly managed, the staff doesn't care and customer service is completely non-existent.

Went to lunch with my sister and I had the chicken nugget meal with a Dr. Pepper and I always always choose their bbq sauce. I always ask for a ridiculous amount of bbq sauce for 10 nuggets and a fry but that’s ok because I never waste it! Any leftover sauce gets taken home!
Service is always perfect there and the staff is always as polite as can be.

The food was good but the service and atmosphere was not good at all. We had to wipe off our own table so that we could eat, the young man that brought out the food didn’t care as we asked if anyone was cleaning tables. He said that someone would be out at some time. The drive thru was not busy so one of the workers decided to lay down on the ground. If that is the type of employees that are representing this location we will try another location.
