Big fan of Chick-fil-A but as I traveled around 5,000 miles this summer I’m various trips and visited a few chick Fila’s across the country I realized the Oakley Chick-fil-A has very small chicken patties for breakfast and other meals. I was shook in Erie when an actually thick plump patty was on my sandwich. I’m not sure what may make one Chick-fil-A have tiny pieces of chicken on sandwiches as opposed to one that doesn’t but just something I noticed in my travels.

My husband takes our granddaughters to Chick-fil-a every Thursday for the past almost 2 years. Nick who works the day shift until 2:30 pm Monday - Friday has blessed my babies with his conversation, kindness, and compassion. They look for Nick at every visit. Since the are both in school now they don't get to see him as often. All the staff we meet at the Oakley restaurant are very nice, Nick tops them all. We want to thank Nick so much for being such a wonderful guy and going well above his duties. We love you Nick. And, thanks for taking care of the big guy also.

Three stars only because the food. The workers need some retraining. This chick fil a rarely disappoints. Keep whoever is on fries on fries because they aren’t stingy with the salt and they make them crispy. The workers at the drive thru can seem dismissive which is annoying when you’re paying $10 for a chicken sandwich. Need to retrain your outdoor employees and make sure they are staying up to the standard. We get it, you hate your life at your job. We all have to work though. So unless I can take over the tablet and place my order myself let’s try to have better customer service.

I said no tomatoes on both of my sandwiches and both of my sandwiches had tomatoes on them. Allergic couldn’t eat it. Couldn’t enjoy my meal had to throw it away. Waste of money.
