Ordered the chicken tortilla soup last night. 60 minutes after eating, went to the emergency ward due to "food poisoning". Looks like I won't be eating there again.

What a great way to start my morning! Going through the drive thru, the voice comes over the box LOUD and energetic and asks my name. I sigh (because of said loudness and over the top energy), take a breath and start to give my name and I'm interrupted with an even louder and aggressive "YOUR NAME!!?". I responded loudly right back and asked her to stop yelling at me. 15 seconds of silence later, she says "I'm not serving you. Go on your way". Put me in a great mood for the day. Thanks.

The people at the counter need to learn how to focus rather than have sidebar conversations and cut up between each other rather than addressing people's orders. This is the third time I've been in there where I came in there and asked for my order by name and they go it wasn't ready when it was sitting right in front of them because they are too distracted talking to each other the third time and then the person who came in behind me had the exact same experience. What's even worse is the guy who was talking to the girl cutting up with between each other told me I'm not allowed to say that. Every time I come in there when they spend more time talking to each other and servicing people who walk through the door for trying to pick up orders that you get orders wrong and tell me my orders not ready when it already is sitting there. This kind of employee behavior is reflection of leadership and training and there is obviously no communication at the customer's first the customer's second at this location

I gotta really love it when I gotta go back in to get my food and they didn’t even get it right if y’all going to get a happy ongoing trainer make sure it ain’t blind I basically threw my order away after finding out it’s not what I wanted
