I want to give 100 stars to the manager named Emily that works at this restaurant on Winton Road not only did she get our food fast, She did it with a smile and I got the feeling that she actually cared about her job and her representation. we just came from a terrible experience at Pizza Hut down the road And she made all those bad memories go away with her smile again I just want to give her praise and a lot of gratitude. This young lady is definitely a keeper.

I placed a catering order of 25 sandwiches, chicken tender platter, salad and a pan of macaroni. I called because they did not include my barbecue sauce for my platter, and I was told “we’ll provide the store with your feedback, but you can go back to get it, we always encourage our customers to go back” WHAT???? I had a house full of guest, what kid don’t want bbq sauce for their tenders? Luckily, I had a bottle of sweet baby Rays at home, and saved the day.
This was only my second time inside the store, and the dining room tables were a MESS!! I was a little disappointed being the location.
Lastly, I watched a young male worker come out from the back, take his large drink that he was drinking out of, open the trash can and pushed the trash down with his cup, and then started back drinking out of it again. Gross!!!
I eat here often through the drive through, but I wasn’t impressed at all, although I will say the staff were nice, and they assisted me to my car with my catering order.
Overall my family did enjoy the food!

The food was amazing for a fast food place, I had the 12 count nuggets and a Dr pepper and they both were great, the service was awesome too, my server Joseph was super kind and helped my when I was trying to figure out where the trash goes. The atmosphere is cool too they have awesome decorations and play calm music so it would be a five but once when I came here the kids from a nearby school were being roudy and almost rushed jed the experience for me and my family, overall a great restaurant if roudy kids aren't around.

Well what I noticed is they had three people waiting for food including myself while we were able to look in the kitchen and see the employees playing around 😀
This location is amazing! I walked inside and was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Ordering was easy, and all of the food came out hot and fresh. The dining room was organized, tables were clean, and no trash was on the floor. Shoutout to Zoey for making my visit to this location one of the best experiences at Chick-Fil-A!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Chick-fil-A location! From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcomed and valued. The staff greeted me warmly, offered assistance with menu choices, and handled every part of my order with professionalism and genuine friendliness.
The restaurant itself was immaculate—tables, floors, and restrooms were spotless, and the dining area felt bright and inviting. I noticed that the staff worked efficiently and collaboratively to keep the line moving, even during busy periods, which made the experience smooth and stress-free.
As for the food, everything exceeded my expectations. The chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. The waffle fries were hot, golden, and seasoned just right. The attention to detail in preparation and presentation really stood out. Drinks were refilled promptly, and my order was delivered exactly as requested, showing great care and accuracy.
What impressed me most was the team’s genuine hospitality. Each staff member seemed to take pride in their work and in creating a positive experience for guests. Whether it was offering a friendly smile, double-checking my order, or assisting other customers, their energy and attentiveness were evident.
Overall, this visit reminded me why Chick-fil-A is consistently one of my favorite places to eat. The combination of outstanding service, clean environment, and high-quality food made for a memorable experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for not just a meal, but a truly enjoyable and friendly dining experience.

Nice location. Great food and good service. Friendly staff. But, my order was kinda slow for the lunch rush at 11:30 am. Not to mention, this store was laid out weird compared to others. No play area for the kids! A very small dining room. It felt like they were more focused on drive-thru business, based on the multiple wrap around lanes & building design, rather than the in-store experience for families. Still yummy overall 😋!!
