Im very disappointed. This visit i sat an watched thr worker give 3 people there order, while mines just sat there on the counter. Even a family of four received there food an they ordered after me. I don't like cold food an didn't pay for child food.

Leave it to Finneytown to screw up Chick-fil-a. I’m not sure I’ve ever waited in a drive thru line there until today. Even sitting here for 10 minutes, not moving…none of us. 4 cars ahead of me and 5 behind. Looks like 1 dude working. This is rough
Every time I've gone my order Is never correct, and the food definitely isn't as good or as fresh as other locations. This to me is the worst location. I like chick fil a and this location is close to my house and I rather drive to a further location than eat at this one.

Typical chik fll a. Tiny portions of decent chicken, a lot of waffle fries as filler
It was late, but the cashier was still friendly and helpful. It needed someone to clean the dining room, but it wasn't terrible. Being late, the quality was still good, not all places are like that late at night.

A whole ass $25 DoorDash order for my lunch at work, and it was missing the milkshake and the rest of it was not right/good either. Please hire staff who is not illiterate and careless. There’s other fast food joints for them.
