I love Classic Carol Chicken salad. However, whenever I go inside the store location, I have to ask to be checked out. No one ever acknowledges me even if I’m standing right in front of the register. This has happened several times. Need better customer service!

They are always out of certain chicken salad flavors, yet continue to offer them online knowing they don’t have them. They have zero customer service or warmth, the people who work at this location could care less.

I love chicken salad chick! Food is always wonderful. But I just need to take the time to do a shout out to the young man behind the register today (5/7/25) during the lunch time rush. Even though there was a line forming to the door, he took the time to walk a senior through his first time ever ordering from here. He walked him through all his menu options. I just couldn’t stop smiling at the care and attention he was giving all of his customer! Way to go! Thanks for making the service industry a happier place

Food was good, clearly fresh, but there was nothing melted on my chicken melt... It was a cold chicken salad sandwich on a cold croissant with cold cheese. Yea it tasted good, but definitely not melted.
I'm 4 minute drive away, which is when I then opened up the box, took a bite, and realized they just gave me a regular chicken salad sandwich.
The loaded potato soup had good flavor, but also lacked any heat. The cheese they put on top wasn't even melted.

Was there on Saturday 8-31-24 and the food was somewhat okay, but the store itself was filthy. Tables were dirty and sticky, drink station was filthy and not stocked, Floors dirty and bathrooms were gross. This store needs a very serious DEEP CLEAN. We spent a total of over 50.00 for everyone's food and drinks to have to wipe a table ourselves with hand sanitizer and napkins. And no, the store was not busy at all. There were like maybe 3 customers when we walked in. Store used to be decent, what happened? Did everyone just get lazy and management just allows employees to hide and not work? My opinion is if you're not busy, find something to do or something to clean. Not sure if we'll visit again or not..
