I ordered soup to go with my meal. Told the lady delivering meals that it was forgotten, she said “he didn’t ring you up for no soup” in the most condescending tone, I said “oh I told him to ring me up for it?”. My friend that was with me even said “yes you asked for soup”. The lady that was delivering food did not apologize or even come back to my table but treated me like it was my fault that the guy at the register forgot to “ring me up” for soup. Keep in mind they never gave me receipt either. If I express a problem, don’t ignore it.I love chicken salad chick but this location SUCKS.If you couldn’t give me the soup, fine but at least apologize it was not my fault.Customer service severely lacks these days and chicken salad chick is usually one of those places I put up next to Chick-fil-A but this western hills location proved me wrong.Not to mention, my friends “wrap” did not have lettuce and tomato like it is promoted on the menu?Who wants just chicken salad in a plain wrap?

The customer service here was top notch for a busy day! All the staff was friendly and worked together to get my lunch out to me fast! I was really impressed with the teamwork at this restaurant. They were wonderful! I thought the chicken salad was ok, I tried the Buffalo Barclay, the Classic Carol, and Fruity Fran. They all needed a little more seasoning so I was glad I brought it home. It was delicious and fresh though!

1st time ordering from here. The service was great, our food was ready on time and pick up was a breeze. Unfortunately the food reminds me of something from a generic cafeteria. The chicken salad sandwich I got was pretty bland. The best part about it was the bread and it was definitely not worth $9 My daughter had the turkey club and said it was good. We both agree that the pasta salad did not taste or look to be fresh. All in all we were pretty disappointed.

We ate here soon after when the location opened. It was "OK". Last Saturday I needed to pick up to-go food, and I went there to break up the pattern of our usual go-to carryout places and ended up flushing $19 down the toilet.Order wasn't even close. Accidents happen, I probably got somebody else's order. My complaint is with the Chicken Salad Chick customer service policy. We threw the order away, PB and J became our meal that night. I reached out to CSC customer service, and a few days later they replied and offered "3 rewards for a Free Chick Special", whatever that is, but only if I opened a "Craving Credits" account.This once "OK" location has deteriorated into a poorly run, not very clean operation, I have no intention of gambling on getting a decent meal there in the future. I replied to the customer service email and requested them to just credit back the cost of the order to my card. And... no response, negative or positive. It seems the corporate policy at CSC is to ignore customer service complaints and hope they go away.Waaaay to many options, much better food and more reasonably priced, for me to ever waste another trip to this location.

You can also get soup or a side with your sandwich and the meal comes with a mini frosted cookie -- like Buskin's -- and a pickle.Parking: Large parking lot shared by multiple stores in the Western Hills Shopping Center.Wheelchair accessibility: Store is wheelchair accessible.
