The atmosphere is typical Chili's. I visited the Princeton Rd location about 3 weeks ago and had a near flawless experience. The food and the service were both 5 out of 5. Today my group from the Y visited the Symmes location. The 3 for me deal was still awesome, but the service (although not bad) was not as good. My burger, this time, was not as juicy and flavorful as the last time. Still well worth the $10.99 price point for chips, burger, fries, and drink included.

The food was fabulous. The service started out fine. It ended up horrible. I was in a little section where there were 4 or 5 other tables of patrons. I was among the first in the area. The waitress was attentive initially. However, as the area accepted more people, her service deteriorated quickly. I understand that more people were coming in. What I didn't like was she completely ignored me when the others showed up. I waved my hands to get her attention. I called out to her when she was near. I got nothing from her. If she had treated everyone like she treated me, I wouldn't complain and would just think it was the crowd. That wasn't the case. She waited on them with the utmost attention. She checked on them to make sure everything was ok, if they needed anything more, and to refill their drinks. The service was so bad that I placed a carryout order while sitting at the table. My carryout was ready for pickup before she acknowledged me. I hope these mishaps were because she was new. (I don't know that to be her situation.) She didn't seem to have problems attending to the rest of the people in this area.

Had a group of 4. Seated fairly quick for a Saturday @6pm. Server was nice and friendly. Checked on us enough. Food was pretty bad. The chicken tenders were rubbery. Steak was way overcooked and bland. Ribs were very mediocre. Brisket quesadilla was the only good item ordered. Also, was told by the females in my group that the bathrooms were disgusting. Your money will be better spent elsewhere. Perhaps McDonalds.

Was very busy so floors were not clean. The service was excellent and we didn't wait long at all to get our food. The food was all very good. We tried all the cheese sticks, Chicken crispers and Dip Trio.
$83.00 for 2 sodas, quesidilla, burger, chips and a sandwhich????
Quality was mid at best- service at this location was weak.

My husband & I went to chilis for the first time on Sunday 1-19-25 Service was amazing despite how super busy they were. Our food was served in a timely manner, was hot and fresh! The salsa and chips were amazing as well! The food was incredible! Would have been 5 stars but the women's bathroom was quite dirty. It's needed attention for awhile it looks like. But we will be back for sure and we highly recommend!
Kid-friendliness: Other than a few customers cursing, the food is kid friendly & the servers were amazing
Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed a bit close together but there was room for a woman on a scooter to be able to be at the table with her husband and handicap parking was good.
