Prices are very expensive with low food quality. $20+ per person with way better options in the area. Had the “Cajun” chicken pasta. Almost 0 spice. It was a small piece of grilled chicken plopped on a ginormous amount of penne that had sauce that tasted worse than Kraft Mac and cheese. The same sentiment was had by others with their dishes. Service was great though!

3 times now they've messed up a simple order, double old time burger dry with cheese. Thursday I was given a black bean burger that my dog didn't even want. I called back at the time when I got home and was told by the new manager to call back the next day and talk to a different manager. I called back Friday and talked to Amy who was anything but helpful and wanted to charge me for the extra Patty, citing that they didn't have the double old-timer however it's online, and it's just adding a single Patty. She relented and I did not have to pay for the extra, however this burger had mustard on both sides of the Patty and pickles and lettuce. Clearly either someone does not care about doing their job or they are not paying any attention. Hopefully their food and management gets better but I won't know. Try one of the other many places in town.

My steak dinner was very good, not overly seasoned like some other restaurants. Server was just OK. I'm not a fan of the check out system. We are not fans of having to check yourself out on some devise, and to do a survey while out to dinner with others. Bathroom was not clean.

Had to wait 20 mins with half the restaurant empty. We always liked the white queso and the did away with it. Some yellow cheese now. I ordered it, the waiter didn't tell me till I asked him about it.

I hate to make a snark review because I know impactful it can be on management, I want to say first, the new general manager was very sweet and kind and tried to do her best at solving our problem. We frequent this location regularly, like 2-3 times a week for lunch or dinner with our kids. After sitting for 35+ minutes after ordering with no communication from our server the kids we had at our table became impatient, as time went by still no status on our order when we eventually seen our server we asked for our food to be boxed to go. I understand kitchens get backed up but they was not busy what so ever in the building, but I still understand things happen, it’s the no communication from the server who passed by our table multiple times. No refills anything. And then spoke over me and made the excuse that the food took so long because she had to box it up, absolutely not, when I asked for the food to be boxed we was already at 45 minutes.
