Well this ruins a great spot for me. Tonight I was feeling froggy and ordered last minute cause it’s usually pretty on point. The lady who took my order wasn’t very friendly and only thing that was over the top communicated was that “we close at ten hurry up”. Mind you I ordered at 9:13pm and it’s a 10-13 mins drive there. Once I get there the lady who took my order still wasn’t friendly and as I was leaving made what sounded to be some type of joke in her native tongue to which the employees looking from the back of house to the front of house start laughing frantically. Once I get home go to open what was hoping was kung pao beef to my surprise chicken was the protein (meow meow is more what the texture you’d think of). Not only was the service rude, to mess the order up and that could be what was so funny. They purposefully swapped meats and knew what they did. This should be taken into mind when dining here.Edit: your hours stated you’re open til 10. How do you figure you all stayed an additional 30 mins? Your attempt of rectifying the situation is sub par at this point my next time attempting your restaurant should be on you since you all didn’t make it right and blatantly calling your customer a liar?

Food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Not to mention their prices are decent and affordable. Personally, I love the chicken fried rice and the chicken sticks. They have the best tasting rice in Cincinnati. The staff are always very friendly as well.

Nice local, reasonably priced, Chinese food restaurant. Nothing extraordinary, but as we had dinner, a steady stream of patrons came in for take-out, supporting the fact that it’s a local favorite. I did like the extra spicy Szechuan Double and my wife liked the Moo Goo Gai Pan. No problem with parking.

Not a bad Chinese restaurant. Service is fast and friendly.
The milk tea was the best I've had since before I used to live in China. The pearls were just right it didn't too much ice so it was strong and had the perfect amount of sweetness. The tarro tea was really yummy too. Super friendly and clean restaurant. The owners are Thai and the chef is Chinese it's a good place to get pad Thai.

I love this place so much. The first time I went here to eat inside I asked what's his favorite thing they make and he told us and suggested it. I then asked it take one order and he very nicely said of course! I'll even pay for it so you can really enjoy it! I was surprised honestly and he did what he said. Every time I pick up it's always a warm welcome and the food is always delicious as always. The store itself is very nice but sadly you gotta look at colerain Ave while you eat...but it's not their fault. Overall I'd highly recommend going in your first time!
