It’s a shame because the food is great! The customer service is just horrible. The woman who works some nights is very rude and snappy. Barely gives sauces and slams the drive through door extra hard. I get it we have hard days but geez it’s free to be kind. That’s how you keep your business going.

If you’re looking for the best Chinese takeout around, China Wok on Pleasant Avenue in Fairfield is it. Every time we order, the food arrives piping hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. You can really tell they care about quality.
We ordered the crab rangoon, hot & sour soup, egg drop soup, chicken lo mein, and General Tso’s chicken — and everything was outstanding. The rangoon was crispy and creamy, the soups were full of flavor, and the entrees were perfectly seasoned with generous portions. Nothing tastes bland or thrown together — it tastes like it was made with pride.
On top of amazing food, it feels great knowing we’re supporting a local, family-run business. Friendly people, fast service, and consistently great meals — China Wok has definitely become our go-to spot. Highly recommend!

The lady was hella rude when I called I could barely understand her so I’m asking her to repeat it so I can understand and she started yelling at me on the phone and hung up on me
The quality of the food has gone downhill. I stopped going for awhile due to my previous experience when the food did not taste fresh. Decided to give them another chance. It was a waste of money as I ended up throwing it away. Won’t be going back.

Great food, but definitely get take out or dine in. The female cashier worker is very friendly, been ordering from her for years now. But definitely don't get delivery without expecting to pay out 5 dollars. That's the only real sour note, he demanded a tip and we had to get change, it felt extortionist, We're only a minute away so I wasn't sure why he demanded it, we had to scrounge change. That was a little while back. But I can't seem to recommend this place without one of my friends or neighbors telling me about their driver and how they're put off now.
Otherwise, go dine in or take out from the convenient drive thru. She definitely makes me and my friends feel like it's not a business but a family business.

I always tip everywhere I go and especially here because we go often but my mother just passed away a few days ago and I really did not feel like cooking but buty did not have much money I paid the delivery fee and if you check the GPS I'm less than two minutes from the store tghhe delivery driver literally stood in my front yard and yelled at my minor son how no driver would be back here because we did not tip and this was the first and only ytime we had never tipped he even told him to never call the store that's just ridiculous I hope he feels good about himself today yelling at a kid who just lost a close family member I wosh I wasn't in the back room . Do better China wok that's just disgusting behavior
