Friday November 21,2025.Around 7pm I ordered Chipotle from 1 Fountain Sq Plz, Cincinnati, OH 45202 Location! Saturday November 22,2025 I woke up vomiting 5x! I am reaching out to solve issue before hospital & my lawyer gets involved!

Absolute worst chipotle location there is!!! They are dirty, slow, and have zero drive to work. I preordered my food and when I got there my food wasn’t ready, nor was anyone attempting to make anything as I stood there. I didn’t have time to wait which is why I ordered online so I went back to work. 40 minutes later I got a second to go get it and when I got there it STILL WASNT READY!!!! I had to wait another 10 minutes that I didn’t have on my food. If you’re hungry, whatever you do don’t eat at the chipotle on fountain square downtown. Can’t wait till this place gets shut down.

The fountain is not in view from this location. It is nearby so you can kinda sense that it’s there, but there is no visibility.

doesn't skimp on portion sizes often. relatively affordable. their app is helpful for ordering ahead

not sure which store in Cincinnati but seem to have people claim they work at a Cincinnati location

This was the worst Chipotle I’ve ever eaten. The beans and rice were completely crunchy, and even though I asked for light rice the bowl was 3/4 filled with gross, crunchy completely inedible rice. And the inside of the restaurant is a mess.

Ordered a single burrito at noon on the app and got it at 12:50. Waited 50 minutes for a slightly better than fast food burrito. Would be nice to know this before ordering or something... especially in the middle of a business center where people have places to be....

I’m not entirely what happened but after eating here, I had the WORST bowel movements of my life. I literally woke up in the middle of the night and had to sit on the toilet in silence because it hurt so bad.

I ordered delivery so I couldn’t see how the food was being prepared and/or stored, but I looked at other reviews and they have pictures showing poor food storage so I honestly won’t be surprised the food I ate wasn’t stored properly.

I’ll never get anything from here again and I’m leaning towards never having Chipotle again. Not even trying to be funny, the stomach pains were INSANE and I refuse to go through that again.

Worst Chipotle in Cincinnati, hands down

Worst one to doordash, Uber eats, etc, from its a line of food in the employee face all you have to do is read the receipt that comes in how do you miss 3 request that's on the list for a bowl everytime like a complete let down on my lunch break eating just rice tomatoes and sour cream yum I guess.

They seem to have the slowest worker on line, and there is someone doing expo simply chatting with the cashier when they could be helping with line. If you’re stopping here for a lunch break or something I would NOT recommend this specific restaurant.
