If you order online here around lunch time, the order will take at least 20minutes longer than quoted. I got here regularly, it's not a good chipotle but the food tastes fine. Just picked up my lunch for today, though, and the burrito was missing 4 of the 8 ingredients I ordered. I know the store was not out of these ingredients because I had to stand inside for 20 minutes while waiting.

First time checking out this spot, and I gotta say the staff was super friendly, especially the sweet Hispanic lady who took our order. Prices were pretty fair too, especially for being right in the heart of downtown. Honestly, this place could’ve been a solid 5 stars, but every table was dirty and there were cups and plastic utensils on the floor. If they put a bit more effort into keeping the place clean, it’d definitely be a top recommendation when you’re in the downtown area.

I give up on this place, 3 orders all wrong. Last one no guacamole, wouldn't have been an issue had they said something.. just too expensive to not get what you order.. try one of the northern ky locations, they're not far and don't have the issues of this one

The wait is always insane! 30 mins to receive a preordered bowl. It’s quicker to just wait in the insanely long line than to preorder on line. Also, the portion sizes, especially protein is the smallest of any chipotle I’ve ever been to.

Visit Taco Time on Glenway because their food is made with real ingredients and authentic recipes. It tastes significantly better and is more flavorful. The other options just don't compare. I'm also missing the extra check-in added to my bowl, the fajitas, and where's the romaine?

There was a guy here who repeatedly would attract birds by throwing them pieces of chop and then violently lash out at them when they approached him for more

One of the filthiest places i have ever purchased food from. Staff didnt seem to care, nor even bother to clean the prep area. Wish i had my phone for photos.

Bowl that I ordered from this location is half full and this is not the first time this has happened. Order from other locations.

Refused to provide a cup for water without paying for a drink (claims they were out of stock but sounds like that’s a normal reply from other reviews), no napkins in the dispensers, drink and utensil area was disgustingly dirty with food and trash on the counter, cashier stood and talked to coworker for a solid minute while I was waiting to pay complaining about customers and coworkers, guac container was full of lettuce, etc. Just a really dirty and poorly run location. I travel a lot for work and visit many chipotle locations and this one is by far the worst. If the young lady giving interviews and working the register is the manger she needs additional training. Do better.

Good luck getting a correct order from Chipotle. I do not eat chicken, and I NEVER order chicken. But I receive chicken in my meal over 50% of the time I order from Chipotle. They do not have the ability to speak to a real person to address issues. The automated system is terrible.

Every time I come in, whether it’s an hour or 15 minutes before closing time, Afri is always smiling and being personable with the customers. Always hands on and front & center to give that warm customer service feeling… I’ll definitely always come back cuz you really don’t get that now a days. And you can see it on his teams faces too! They all actually look happy lol
