Chipotle Mexican Grill

The chicken, beans, and rice were all cold. I don’t know how they maintain food safety standards. These items should be warm if not hot. The chips were staler than the bag chips I have open at home from the grocery store. Bad spot, go to a different location.

I miss the old portion sizes and prices. Still stand by first statement. Now they provide exceptionally terrible service and run out of food. Management is key.

The front line did not have protein ready, and wasn't given a proper time for how long the wait would be. After ordering and receiving my meat-less rice, was given no utensils or napkins, and the dispensers were empty in the dining area. After finally getting a fork, the rice turned out to be old and had been sitting awhile. Overall bad times.

This Chipotle is very hit or miss. Like others have said, it can be dirty especially later in the day. Something is always out, whether that be ingredients or otherwise. The food quality is fine though, and the workers here are chill. I feel like corporate could staff this store better though given the location is in the center of downtown.

Dirtiest Chipotle I've been in. Refused to sell me water because their new GM said they weren't allowed to. Wouldn't have mattered so much if your chicken was cooked right...

This is the 2nd time in a row I have ordered food to be delivered and you haven't included utinsels to eat with. So it's the second time now I can't eat my burrito bowl. Your incompetence is apparent when packing food for delivery!

This location is dirty and basically ghetto. Refuses to give out water cups. Dirty tables. Not one clean table to be found. Tabasco sauce is in a large quantity refill bottle with no portion control.

FOLLOW UP: Yep. I followed the link that you supplied and got blown off. Waste of time. Stay away from this location and since corporate blows stuff off that is this serious, I will be finding other establishments besides Chipotle.

Kid-friendliness: I watched one of the workers yell at a kid, so they are not kid or customer friendly.

Tables dirty, trash overflowing, i get a salad but they NEVER have vinegarette .

We actually went back the following weekend, quickest place for 8 people to eat. The tables were clean, trash was not over flowing and they had lots of Vingerette, Also was a different staff! Thanks

So disgusting, we had our group of kids who just finished skating on the square, went in for a bite to eat. I looked at the other mother and asked she was noticing how dirty the tables were and that they hadn’t been cleaned in hours. She said yeah, not the cleanest. But it’s chipotle so usually the food is stellar. Stayed in line, they had no mild salsa. me and my daughter both ordered. We both asked for water The guy never mentioned that we weren’t permitted to have a water cup. He proceeded to charge us for soda. I got my receipt and walked back up and asked why I was charged for drinks , he told me they don’t give water cups out, Ok, I told him you should’ve said that when I said water when I ordered. Come on people!!!

Got our bowls and sat down ate half of mine there. And took the rest home. When I got home, I thought I’d have a couple more bites before saving it for tomorrow. There was a fingernail inside my bowl. Cut, biological fingernail. 🤢🤮 Oh my gosh, so sick so grossed out! Nearly vomited the second I realized, this place is disgusting. I even gave these guys a tip which I normally never do but I thought it’s downtown and workers probably have to pay for parking and more overhead than the suburbs…. The next day, other mom stated that chipotle was terrible, I laughed because she didn’t even know about my discomfort, she said never again and I told my story as well.

Restaurants are closing all over the place right now and I got some idea why they can’t hire people to do a job. It’s so sad dining out has gone down the toilet

It's always a disgusting mess whenever you come in here. I've given it multiple shots since I work downtown it's convenient for lunch. They mess up my online order EVERY TIME!!! HOW DO YOU CONFUSE STEAK AND CHICKEN???? The staff are unfriendly and could care less if you're unhappy.

Ordered a bowl through the chipotle app and asked for extra sour cream among the other toppings. Bowl came with no sour cream, lettuce or green salsa. I chatted with their AI customer service and was credited a free drink?? I can’t eat a drink.
