The crew does their best to be positive and they are friendly for sure but it's hard when you are telling customers that you are out of so many things. It seems to be a constant issue at a lot of the Chipotle that I've visited recently. The dining room could use more consitant pick up/attention, it was messy but not disgusting and dirty.

This location needs to close down they never have ingredients to make a actual Chipotle bowl or tacos why are they always out of 4 to 5 main ingredients and wants to charge you the full price for a half ingredients Chipotle bowl that's a shame just close the store please and thank you

They always are out of half the ingredients. Also, they don't really want to give you enough of the other half they have, they try to put as little as possible. They don't even care. Service in this location gets worse every time we go there. Although it's the closest to us but we're gonna switch to a different location to as if we get any better service or if it's the whole franchise going down

I don't come very often to Chipotle Mexican grill, but it is really a great place and I do like it and I truly enjoy it. But every time I seem to go they run out of lettuce. They run out of sour cream. They run out of this. They run out of that. You guys can't run to a food Depot or grocery store to get product. It's nothing worse than wanting something. Having your taste buds ready and then you don't have all the ingredients for someone to purchase. And then you still want people to pay full price for something that they don't have and sometimes people are coming in for dinner or on a lunch break or what not. Whatever the case may be and you don't have what they need and this is really gotten bad since after covid people running out of products and you guys can't go to the grocery store and grab extra products. It's just a question I'm curious but I love this place. The food's great. I've always gotten great service, never been to a Chipotle and had terrible service. So I'm asking respectfully, is it possible if Management can fix this situation and always have what we need as a customer like sour cream and lettuce? The ingredients are great, but if you're lacking on the ingredients then the meal isn't going to be that great for dinner or lunch. this restraint is the worse i have ever seen. First of all, you walk in and all of the employees have air pods in and are on their phones . none of them
washed their hands before
serving me and were not
friendly at all. Second off the place is disgusting. Who ever is managing this place is not doing their job at all. -5/10.

I enjoyed the food. They have come far from what I remember tasting. I have been avoiding this place for about 7-8 years. I finally gave it another try and I like it. They do not skimp on the portions either. You do get your money's worth. I always love when they make it possible for the customer to watch you prepare the food. It's a relaxing and comforting experience. People always feel better about what they are about to eat. They do serve beer now. That's new.

Who ever manages this location needs to order more, everytime I go at 7:00 pm they are always out of something and charge full price. The only thing they never been out of when I went was steak. So I'll go else where instead of paying full price for less, hopefully the manager reads this if he/she cares.

Where to start, phone order take out is a mess. I've waited 30 to 45 minutes past the ready time given. Orders not correct on both occasions. This last time they were out of the special brisket they're carrying and the barbacoa...on the take out prep table. However both items were available on the eat in prep area. They "weren't allowed" to fill my order from the eat in prep table and didn't offer a refund for the difference in price of what was order and the replacement I had to pick. No guacamole, stale chips and lack of staff. Chipotle has seriously gone down hill.
