African lady with a mask on. Needs more training in customer service. Didn't listen to what we wanted. Added lettuce, I didn't ask for? Wanted hurry thru line, so she help others behind us. Not busy, just different color skin. Definitely, someone i wouldn't hire. Apparently other comments share same thoughts about customer service. What managers allow.. will happen. ..
And another thing, so worried about recycling plastic water bottles?. Yet quickly easy throw in trash paper bags, never used? Recycling 1 item.. then forget about others? All joke...
Let management know more?. Really. Check cameras. Ask everyone opinion survey walking in door. . Really if nothing changes.. nothing will change. Only matter of time, this place will lose so much business. Force to close. Wonder how much, Top management knows about this place?. Il make some phone calls..

Lady working the line had AirPods in, didn’t wear a name tag, attitude highly inappropriate, orange hair. told me they were out of everything and not getting more. Then more came of some things. She absolutely did not want to serve me. Extremely unwilling to interact with me but kind to the person behind me. Served me less than a portion, but gave the person behind me a lot.
While the service was the most awful part, they were also out of almost everything: beans, lettuce, chips, fajitas, barbacoa, and softies two hours before closing.
But mostly she said there wouldn’t be more chicken or rice and there absolutely was.

When I say no beans and he slops a load of beans on my burrito 😐 Some black dude (not trying to be racist bro wasn't wearing a name tag) Friday night took our order and just seemed like he did not wanna be there. like I get that but nobody is holding you hostage there and we weren't rude either. The place was nasty, every table had crumbs and crap on it. Don't wanna come back.

I’m done. Every time I try to give this place a chance it gets worse. I’m always missing items that I’ve paid for. We pay lots of money for delivery. It’s like you don’t care.

I hope the owner sees this, but they were only taking “online orders” and turning away customers. I ordered online and while eating there they suddenly started taking in person orders after a young man spoke up and said guys we need to take the next customer. They had rap music that was cussing playing in the background which I did not appreciate with two little kids. They did not have ice or forks. Food was good, but terrible atmosphere and service
