The crew does their best to be positive and they are friendly for sure but it's hard when you are telling customers that you are out of so many things. It seems to be a constant issue at a lot of the Chipotle that I've visited recently. The dining room could use more consitant pick up/attention, it was messy but not disgusting and dirty.

They always are out of half the ingredients. Also, they don't really want to give you enough of the other half they have, they try to put as little as possible. They don't even care. Service in this location gets worse every time we go there. Although it's the closest to us but we're gonna switch to a different location to as if we get any better service or if it's the whole franchise going down

I don't come very often to Chipotle Mexican grill, but it is really a great place and I do like it and I truly enjoy it. But every time I seem to go they run out of lettuce. They run out of sour cream. They run out of this. They run out of that. You guys can't run to a food Depot or grocery store to get product. It's nothing worse than wanting something. Having your taste buds ready and then you don't have all the ingredients for someone to purchase. And then...
