Stole $50 gift card, employee brought it home and then swapped it with a blank. Manager knew about it did not resolve.

Very rude staff and small portions

Took them an hour to get my chicken in a cup and tortilla shell ready. Ridiculous.
Manager was rude about it as well.

Smallest servings you've ever seen- on meat which is to be expected these days, but also on rice, beans and all the veggies. You can easily have a bowl less than half full, and even if you speak up, they give you not much more. I'd avoid this location- it's the worst in Cincinnati.

Music so loud you can’t hear yourself think. Food so bad you’d rather have Vienna sausages on white bread. If you want to have stomach issues for days be sure to visit your local chipotle.

This Chipotle was short staffed, and therefore a long line developed of people waiting to order. They were out of hard taco shells.

They never have anything 12pm 1pm 3pm don’t matter out of food. customer service is trash. I’ve been several times and each time is the same thing.

every employee including the manager except for one kid who obviously was new hire was just socializing, not working, in the back. I had to stand there and wait to checkout a rather poorly made burrito while everyone else was taking about another employee’s birthday. One classless employee even came up and very loudly said “and I thought I was gonna have to jump them.” 😳 In front of customers who were waiting for service, in front of the manger. What terrible people, lazy, and entitled people.

At one point, I gave this place a five star rating today. I’m changing the five star rating to a one star. The clerk literally refused to give me a receipt. Bylaw they’re required to give me a receipt with my purchase . I didn’t quite understand that. she was very rude. I don’t really know where their mind was at but it cost them a 5 star review also nice job the the guy who tried to make me look as if I asked a dumb question when I asked what kind of ranch dressing it was and what was in it good job I may have asked for medical reasons your declining good reviews suits you well
