It took so long I ordered my food at 1:30 and when I got there at 2:00 when it was done it still took them another 30 minutes

This is the one that I weigh all other Chipotle's against. Always tastes right and there is always staff behind the counter ready to go. Good luck finding another location that does it as well as these guys do!

My bf and I go out of our way to go to the chipotle!! They consistently make everything taste phenomenal and they fill the bowl and burrito. I never feel cheated. I order online and I feel like you risk ordering online to receive a skimpy order but not this chipotle I can depend on this chipotle to deliver. They forgot my guac one time and then gave us a big one to make up for it. The employees seem to take pride and I can only assume that comes from good management. Please continue to deliver stellar service and I will continue to go out of my way.

This is by far the most consistent chipotle I have ever been to. We mostly do order pickup and our orders are full and the flavors are always so good. I don’t really want to go to other chipotles after this one cause I know they don’t compare

This spot is my jam. The food is always fresh, the staff are super nice, and it's in a great location if you live around Terrace Park, Newtown, or Mariemont.

I always go out of my way for this Chipotle, or the new one in East Walnut Hills. Fairfax location- They are always friendly, they give you reasonable portions, and the food is actually cared for.

I don't get to enjoy this place often, went with my hubby for lunch and it was so good! Granted I have been craving this for a bit. All the food was perfect temperature, flavor was on point, service fast and efficient. Love how you get to have them make it the way you want it.

By FAR and away the best/most consistent Chipotle I have ever been to. Always 10/10 on : food quality, proportions, and customer service. Have been coming here 1-2 times a week ever since our job location moved to over here. I come from the west side, and have to say that they just do not have it going on like this place does. This is an exceptionally run store with great service. VERY highly recommend!!!

First time at this location and hands down one the best we ever had. Fresh ingredients all the way down to the rice and tortilla. Portions were spot on. Staff was friendly and polite. The store was very clean for how busy they were.
