Last good chipotle in the Oakley/loveland/mariemont area - employees were actually nice and cared, didn’t skimp on portions and I was in and out during peak dinner hour!

There is currently not a single employee in the restaurant who knows how to complete a sale using the cash register.

And please don’t tell me you appreciate my support or want me to then go to another website link and fill out another form in order to correct a job that you should be doing.

This is without a doubt, one of the worst operated restaurants in the entire Cincinnati area, asking customers to fill out a form isn’t going to fix it.

Fresh food and excellent customer service

Do not order online and pick up without checking food! Went yesterday....I thought the bag felt extremely light....so I went and sat down with it....no onions and green peppers like I ordered....not the fair amount of chicken not even what they are suppose to give and about 2 tablespoons of cheese less than that even of lettuce and sour cream. This bowl was absolutley a rip off and awful.....when I confronted them one guy got a real authorative tone and began describing policies and acting as if he himself was being done wrong in some way......8.00 for about 2.00 worth of food had I not caught them.....they begrudgingly gave me the green peppers and onions and some more lettuce and cheese......they need training clearly

Went to Chipotle for my pick up order. It was horrible. My food wasn’t fresh and was instead cold, found a hair in my sour cream, and worst of all, I asked for EXTRA CHICKEN and got like only 10 pieces! I mostly had rice in my meal! And it wasn’t even the type of rice I asked for! I wanted brown, but got white! NEVER ordering here again!
