I would never eat chipotle ever again, poor customer service as usual and poor management, I left this location back in late 2020 for the same reason I do now, now recently back in 2023 my friend who worked there was wrongfully let go over a silly comment that wasn’t worth being let go for, it’s funny how they would do that rather than call out employees who would give free food to customers they like so much, and skimp on customers bowls as usual, like wow you guys gave me another reason to not eat Chipotle ever again, I would rather take my business to a business that isn’t at any chipotle, worst employees ever, I’ll take my business to Chick Fil A.

Disappointing!It is two in the afternoon, and I am one of only two customers in the restaurant. It’s not as they are overrun busy. Yet the restaurant is filthy! Tables have not been bussed, floors have trash and garbage that has not been cleaned up, and the garbage cans are overflowing , this is a clear indication of staff that do not care.I will definitely not be returning to this Chipotle!

I’m not someone who writes reviews on how restaurants are. But this chipotle is the worst one i’ve ever been to. i’ve only been three times and each time the experience and food sucked. The last THREE times i’ve came they have had no chips. The second time i visited and ordered food I became sick after eating it. And the recent time today the station where they prepared the food in front of you was disgusting and messy.

I tried to reach out through email and no response.... please do not eat at this location. My family and I got 3 bowls to go Monday afternoon and by 10:00 pm we were all showing signs of food poisoning. I hope no one else experienced what we did it. It was miserable!!!

Horrible experience. When I said it was ridiculous under my breath for waiting over ten minutes past the time my order should have been busy, the manager or whoever he was told me to go to another chipotle. I already paid for my order so I had to call the 1 800 number to cancel. Worst chipotle.

This place is always out of ingredients. Most of the times I've ate here or picked up my food, they have forgotten or they were out of most of the ingredients. The service is pretty decent, they are kind. Even though I've never ate dine in here when I've came here to pick up/order my food, there isn't much Ambiance. Most of the time it's pretty calm, so I would give it probably 3 stars.

Clean, friendly, and CHEAP on the meat. Don’t make it awkward for the customer by skimping on the meat. I PAID for extra and I get regular amount. I will go somewhere else. Just got home and the chips are stale. Lazy and cheap!
I went to the Beechmont/Corbly Street location. 2244 Beechmont Ave. I had my friend pick up my order through the Chipotlelane at noon on 10/3. I order from this location once a week. I was on the phone with my friend during the interaction and I heard everything. The gentleman at the pick up window was kind but the older woman behind him assembling the food was extremely rude during their interaction. The food we ordered was also cold and soggy from excess juice not being drained. As a former chipotle employee I am disappointed in this experience today and I will not be returning to this location.

I eat a lot of chipotle. They always have good fresh food here and the line is quick. Can be a little dirty inside when busy since they prioritize food. Id drive out of my way to this location rather than Hyde Park one avoid that location at all times.
