Didn't even have a half a bowl of anything. Just wanted light lettuce. Didn't even have 2 mouthful of lettuce and a spoonful of chicken and cheese. Paid full price for hardly nothing. This place is in Eastgate. Dirty atmosphere.

Food was good, the personal was very racist, we got dirty looks since the moment we walked in, we were being rushed while they were making our order, even tho there was not a line nor was busy. Cashier was rude and tried to avoid us when we got closer to the window to order, but her whole mood shifted when a Caucasian costumer came in, she was super nice to that costumer. I don’t recommend you to come in here if you’re a person of color.

Had a gift card asked for the $9.35 bowl was not told Caso was more until checkout then said I wouldnt have gotten it if I knew lady just looked at me didnt remake Customer Service failed me

This places sucks everyone time it's buey and it's slow and the restaurant is always dirty and we come here only due to how close it is.

I try the burrito, it’s a good fast food meal, but sometimes a street food delivery more flavor.

I recently stopped at the eastgate location and had the best service I have ever had. The employee whose name was Madelyn was the most polite and helpful and honestly knowledgeable person I've ever run into at any Chipotle. I asked many questions about how the food was prepared and ingredients and she had all the answers I wanted. The food was as usual very good and a good deal for what I recieved.

I can’t believe how quality at Chipotle has completely tanked. I literally paid nearly four dollars extra for a”guacamole” only to get half of an entire avocado that was harder than a rock! The quesadilla was literally burnt and the cheese was harder than that half of avocado. Completely inedible. Customer service is a joke, they give you to AI and refuse to even refund your order. Total waste of money.

Be prepared to wait an exceptionally long time for your order. The sooner they replace these employees with robots, the better. Somehow in the last 20 years people became incapable of making food fast at fast food restaurants.

There’s always one location of a national chain that is dysfunctional and brings down the image. This is the one. Place was filthy. Understaffed. Lacking in food on prep lines.
