This Chipotle location has really gone downhill — and not in the fun, sledding kind of way. The food quality has been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, my family and I have been served rice that was either undercooked or so dried out it could double as gravel.

The guacamole deserves its own sad chapter. Three separate times I’ve walked away feeling let down. Once because someone clearly forgot the lime juice, and twice because the avocado was left in large, unmashed chunks. Nothing says “we gave up” quite like a scoop of guac that feels more like chunks of shame than creamy perfection.

And then there was the unforgettable visit when the HVAC system was dripping steadily over the drink station. Buckets, trash cans, and caution signs were scattered around like modern art installations. Safety first, of course, but the obstacle course it created made simply grabbing a drink feel like competing on American Ninja Warrior.

After enough rounds of culinary roulette (and hydration gymnastics), we’ve decided this location is no longer worth the gamble.

The employees that were working there when I visited were all working hard and trying their best, but they were very behind in orders, the tables and floors were filthy, and they overall had trouble keeping up. You could tell that they were extremely short staffed which isn’t on the employees, but management. The food was good though.

This Chipotle is hands down the worst! They’re so inconsistent, and the employees act like you’re a burden just for asking for something extra—which is literally their job. When I worked here years ago, the people were rude, lazy, and treated it like you had to learn their little “cult” just to fit in. It was a miserable place then, and nothing has changed now. 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ If you want better service, go across the river or take the extra few miles to the Batavia location—it’s worth it!

Love this store but lately they never have plain white rice seems lazy not to have something you can make before adding cilantro when the rice is made. This store has gone down hill more gossiping and conversations going on behind the line that my ex chipotle manager fiancé says shouldn’t go that far having fun at work in a good atmosphere is one thing but customers lining up and the line stays with one on register and two making bowls or burritos

The Chipotle at the Eastgate location is by far the best! The restaurant was spotless – every table was wiped down, the floors were freshly mopped, and even the outdoor seating area was clean and well-kept. The property looked inviting and well cared for. On top of that, the food was absolutely fabulous. Great job to the staff for keeping everything so nice and making the experience enjoyable!

I love how it's so clean here.Staff are really nice!! Their burritor are as big as the ones on TV, and everytime I've gotten guacamole it has been fresh and the avocados used have been fully ripe!!

Building was a mess. Buckets on the floor to catch water coming from HVAC. Water splashing on you head as you were getting drinks.

Waited over 15 minutes past the time for an order put through on the app. When trying to put in a complaint on the app was told order was given on time, which is incorrect.

The last time I stopped in the food I picked up was subpar. It wasn’t fresh and the black beans kept sticking to my teeth. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened at this location

Eastgate location far exceeds being the BEST! Staff is great. Food is better. (Not over cooked) Portion sizes are great. Their chips are amazing. I buy an extra bag for later. 😁

One of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been and got there at 7 o’clock to pick up an order that had been placed at 7:20 the line that had formed where they come in to eat in empty twice by 740. I finally got my food and all it was was taco a taco not a burrito not a burrito bowl a taco

i promise you , any other chipotle is better. i always have to wait a long time for my order but today it was 40 minutes. the portion didn’t even cover the entire bottom of the bowl so it wasn’t even worth it. this was my final straw with this location i promise it is never good.

I enjoyed it… the options allowed for customized choices for every member of my family, based on their restrictions. Seems like a good choice!
