Chipotle Mexican Grill

Place has gone down hill, use to be good . Dont order takeout or delivery they give u half the food,you wont get but a half bowl. Then theres been times i had to wait for my carryout order when no one was in line!! Wow.. i could of ordered in side and gotten it faster.

Chipotle’s food is always good, but this location is consistently dirty. Not sure what the staff does in downtime, but trash is overflowing, the counter is constantly dirty, food just looks disgusting and not so fresh. Floors aren’t swept, tables aren’t wiped, utensils are non existent, and no vinegarette. I eat here because I enjoy Chipotle, but someone needs to look into making improvements at this location. I’ll assume management is checked out and just doesn’t want to work. Would love to discuss this more with someone at the corporate level.

The food is great and you get alot.
Love their steak bowls. Pretty good prices to...lower than Houston for sure.
Not many employees working during busy time. line was long, and you had a wait

Chipotle is my favorite restaurant, I eat it 3-4 times a week for the past 5 years.
This location is particular has gone down hill over this past year. Food quality consistently not as good as other chipotle in the area. Dirty compared to normal standards. Always understaffed, longest wait time. The workers here are nice and cool people.

. Apparently there are 2 different groups of ppl who make the online orders. I had 2 pieces of carnitas and very little rice. The other bowl had very little of anything except for the salsas. I contact chipotle support they were rude and gave me BOGO and door dash won’t listen. Don’t use either of these especially this chipolte.

Let me start by saying that I typically LOVE chipotle!
However, this specific location needs help. I arrived around 5pm or so and got into a long line. I waited in line for at least 15 minutes, and the line did not budge. It was obvious as to why. They had 1 worker working the food line, assembling people's orders. The 2nd person was literally just standing at the cash register area with her arms folded, watching the other girl work her butt off. At every other chipotle I've been to, they have at least 2 workers working the food line where you order. If the girl at the register would have just pitched in to help assemble burritos and whatever, the line would have at least moved some during my wait. Other workers even walked through the front (and I was hoping one of them was manager - maybe he was, maybe he wasn't), but no one helped or even said anything.

I had to be somewhere by a certain time, so I aborted and left after waiting in line and not moving for 15/20 minutes. I hope the manager can resolve this issue of laziness and lack of efficiency. Because I don't want to see one of my favorite places go down the drain!

Do not put in an online order, you will have to wait 10-30 mins past the time the order should be ready by, even with no line at the restaurant. Also my food ended up being wrong even after waiting that long so check your food when you’re still at the restaurant.

The most unsanitary chipotle I have ever been to. The entire staff needs to be fired.

My husband picked up an online order for us on his way home from work and it was ready when he got there. However the order was completely wrong. I got a quesadilla (which comes with 3 sides) and they only gave me rice. Then my husband opened his bowl and there was mild on it which is never something he gets because he doesn’t like tomatoes. If that wasn’t annoying enough, whoever was in charge of prep today should never prep again. The cilantro was barely chopped and in giant pieces, as well as the onions and peppers. Overall the worst experience we’ve had in awhile. We will not be coming back to this location.

Typical Chipotle, good burritos, and friendly service.

This location continues to have inconsistent portions, uncomfortable seating, and is always dirty and sticky. This has become the Chipotle way over the years.
