Chipotle Mexican Grill

Made an online order and they forgot to give me salad dressing, so I had to go back and get it. When I finally returned home to eat they messed up my order, and the steak had a lot gristle. Portions were small as well. My burrito was the size of a chilito. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location, but it will be the last time I eat there!

Ended up with food poisoning after getting a bowl for lunch. I don't think I'll be getting Chipotle anytime soon unless food safety is improved.

The girl who served us would have cracked her make-upped face if she even attempted to smile! We were there on Halloween, in full Halloween costume. Chipotle asked customers to dress up, and boy, did we!

Nope, not one facial expression except for one of aggravation. She will never serve me again. I will leave before that happens again

Line out the door, nobody making food. Small portions, staff very slow, unfriendly, unmotivated. Chipotle has gone to shit and this one is no exception.

Stopped in last night after leaving the new Cooper's hawk restaurant for wine tasting and had the taste for Chipotle bowl. Well everything went well. They were at the last of everything. They didn't have any cheese but I had cheese at home so I made it happen but they did their best. Thanks, Harrison Rybolt area

They are so stingy with the portions. You literally have to ask for extra for example on cheese and they give an even smaller amount.

Kudos to the three present employees who were doing the work of six or more. Understaffed and over worked. Food was good once I finally received it.

All the workers were great except one. I understand a RBF and also understand that working in service sucks. But you don’t have the make everyone around you miserable just because you are. I was given maybe 3 bites of food in terms of portions after it took her a full minute to put her gloves on. No hello no you’re welcome no manners. I wasn’t rude and didn’t say much other than thank you. All I ask is for some type of courtesy. If you can’t handle people, get back in the kitchen. $25 worth of food should be way more than what I received. 🙂
