Don’t order online. Just order in person. Usually this place is fine. Ordered online today and what little toppings there were, were at the butt of the burrito. I don’t expect each bite to have all the things, but I got no exaggeration two bites that had the toppings. The rest was just meat and rice, which was still pretty okay. Rice and meat was cooked fine. Also didn’t get the Guac. Big sad.

This location has really gone downhill. I placed an order through app to pick up -2 bags of chips were missing from my order and the guac was half empty. While asking them to make that right I saw others coming back in with their orders because they were made wrong so I decided to open our bowls to make sure they were right. Both were light on the fillings, but one was downright close to empty. An employee kindly remade the one which I appreciate. When I went to eat at home I realized the other bowl was made wrong and also the guac was not right -like it was missing the salt and lime. Dinner was a waste of money. We’ll be driving farther to find a better location.

The portion size of the burritos are absolutely ridiculous. It’s been like this since they opened. Have Ben in a while. I figured I’d give the a shot again. Still gave me tiny burritos. I will drive 20 min in the opposite direction, instead of going there again.

The service was awesome the food was not. Wouldnt ha e even ordered if it wasn't for the excellent service! This was the 3 trip to Chipotle this month and was the first time we actually ordered food. Which I would have rather saved my money! One time they was out of both types of beans, white rice and cheese! The next time it was white rice, black beans and cheese! This time it was cheese and sour cream! They should praise there staff bc without them it would ha e been a one star experience.

I love Chipotle however I will never come back to this store. 1st of all it is all kids working in here at night time and they all act like it. A situation happened and I called back up to the store. The kid that said they were a manager got on hlthe phone I told them the situation and the kid begin to laugh. I asked him was he laughing he said no sir hahahahaha I am not laughing at you hahahahahahahahaha. So I asked who are you laughing at while we are in a conversation he said the people in the background that is not professional. Then prompt me to drive to the store that was the closes to my house for the 2nd store to tell me that they can't provide me with the food that was compromised since we had bought it feom a different store. The kid manager told me to go to a closes store to my house he would call the store. Info feom above that was not accurate. Then when I called the store back again the kid manager laughed again when I told him that store denied my request said that the other store manager said that he did not call the kid laughed and hung up. So it was in my best interest not to ever step foot in the Chipotle on Harrison Ave. In Dent Ohio. Please be prepared to deal with non sense if you go to this kid ran Chipotle especially in the vening and at night time. You have been ⚠️ warned!!!!!

I was picking up a door dash order tonight and watched as tons of people came in after me and left before me. I waited nearly 29 minutes after telling him who I was there for. He had the absolute worst attitude, and I even saw a young woman there tonight that was rude and mannerless ordering her food but he still had the worst attitude there tonight. You can absolutely tell he doesn't like his job nor did he want to be there and it sucks because I couldn't get another order before my shift ended because of him.

Location in Dent, Ohio on Harrison Avenue. Six people behind counter, 2 on break in eating area, people lined up, one person putting together meals, both trash cans literally overflowing, tables not wiped off, speaker blown and playing loud staticky music -- no plans on going back to this location.
