The blonde lady on the online orders barley put anything on my burrito and shes done the same thing with my bowls. This has happened more than once so I'm done with this location. Keep in mind i asked extra rice etc and my burrito is still the size of one of those frozen El Monterey burritos. Smh

The food is ruined by the excessive amount of cilantro they put in it at this location. I’ve never had this problem at any other location. When you reach out the issue they do nothing about it.

My daughter loves Chipotle. If we go to ome with bad service or uncooked rice, we not coming back, but this location has been our go-to lately.

People who work there are nice. Whenever we get the rice it never has the flavor though anymore and is usually cold or a little warm. The cheese quesadillas are usually barely melted and it’s like the cheese was just thrown in there. Kinda gets annoying when you come here a lot and every single time it’s cold and not fully cooked.

Got there 7/7/25 at 10:30 pm. Sure it's a half hour before closing, probably should have know better. We come in and it's 5-6 employees all talking and they say to us they are out of cheese, sour cream, lettuce. We didn't hear them right away to the guy with dreads raises his voice toward us to repeat himself as we are walking up. We notice that their line is clean and closed up, meaning that they started to preclose too early, had everything put away, were too lazy to do their jobs, and were wanting to leave at 11pm, rather than close at 11pm.
Honestly it's the fact that they said they were out of their cold items which we knew they were lying unless they really have an awful manager that allowed that to happen. If they said they were out of rice, or beans, or even chicken it would have been more understandable assuming it would take more than half an hour to prep and cook. But no, at least have the decency to lock the door if you want to close early.

It's an average Chipotle, parking lot is small(not their fault)
Ordered carry out on the app and the quantity amount was bad. Be sure and check your food before leaving the store.
They were out of cheese,tomato,sour cream and tofu ....so I asked do we get a discount for unavailable items she said no...scratched her hair and touched a serving spoon I AM GOOD NO THANK YOU. HYGINE IS EVERYTHING 😅
