Very disappointed with my visit with my husband Thursday. NO forks, NO napkins, 2 of the first pops I chose were out and needed to be changed. The staff were arguing with each other. The drink and napkin station complete mess. I knew this location has been going down hill but i will not be spending my money here anymore. Very disappointed.

My host Charlene was rude. She threw my food in my bag along with my sides. She openly complained About me to another colleague who wasn’t willing to help me. Don’t work in food service if you can’t handle doing your job Charlene.

Online ordering system in here has me fuming any time I order. Either staff is too busy on the main line checkout, missing ingredients or they dont put the food in the shelf. Literally tonight they had a BoGo offer and 2 lines and a half went in and out, while my order is still being made. Only had a burrito and a bowl.... The company needs to make this more efficient for workers. This so ridiculous...

I frequently eat a chipotle. This was the first time eating at this Chipotle at 5455 Glenway in Cincinnati.
I ordered 2 burrito bowl entrees. Upon checking out the blond white lady that was preparing the food came to the register and said no no no, he does not get the BOGO. At this point, no one had even said anything about BOGO. She says you didn't order a Burrito. As I explained to her, I did order a burrito bowl entree. They just didn't put a tortilla in my bowl like they did to all of the other customer that were in front of me.
I asked if they could just put a tortilla in the bowl or wrap a tortilla around it like they did for everyone else. She said no it's too late.
I pulled up the advertisement showing her it said burrito entree, and I ordered a burrito bowl entree. Again disrespectfully said no it has to be a burrito.
The situation was embarrassing enough, I didn't know if she was singling me out because I'm Native American.
One of the other preparers wrapped the filling in a tortilla and they ended up giving me the BOGO.
The rice want done either.
You will never see me or any of my family and friends at this Location if that's how they treat Native Americans.

Just went last night and was so thank to the two young ladies who serviced me and my partner. We got a total of 4 bowels for our family. Everything was made perfect and the young lady on the line was very efficient and nice. Didn’t rush at all and had a great attitude. Really appreciate the cashier as well and she was really nice very helpful with bagging my items. The food was great and this location had everything you need on the line and it was all fresh. Will be coming back to this location. Thank you ladies who work last night.

The rice isn’t fully cooked and that’s a wrap because it’s stuck in everything. Friendly service and everything else is great. But not willing to go back out for food to be fixed and legit hard rice makes the food garbage since it’s all mixed together.

Started in line at 2:15 until 2:45! Still 2 people in front of me when I left due to the 2 white males where the only ones working, while 4 other employees where more worried about gossip! Then the 1 white guy with glasses that was working so hard like crap, to the point I walked out after waiting for over half an hour in line; on principle that you do NOT treat your hard working employees terribly!!

The blonde lady on the online orders barley put anything on my burrito and shes done the same thing with my bowls. This has happened more than once so I'm done with this location. Keep in mind i asked extra rice etc and my burrito is still the size of one of those frozen El Monterey burritos. Smh

The food is ruined by the excessive amount of cilantro they put in it at this location. I’ve never had this problem at any other location. When you reach out the issue they do nothing about it.
