Has to be the worst Chipotle in Cincinnati. I only come to this one as a last resort, and every time I do they are severely understaffed. The staff that is there has no sense of urgency and takes their sweet time. Most of the time they are out of at least one ingredient, if not more. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. It may be farther for you to drive to the other one on Glenway or up Harrison, but I promise you will save time more often than not and have a better experience. You’ll probably even save time going to the one in Delhi or Monfort Heights. Just avoid this one.

I hate it when you order a fajita bowl from the Glenway location and get it delivered and there is no veggies. That's the 2nd x it has happened and when you call they only state they were out (at 11 am, by the way) and the rice & beans I received would still be $15. If I only knew I was getting rice & beans I would have cancelled. I can see why there is so many 1 star reviews. Customer service sucks. Order from Taco time, much better anymore!

Man this one is so hit or miss. Just depends on who is working i think.I was given some slimy Guacamole and when I pointed it out she said "yeah I dont blame you"....although she was ok giving it to me in the first place

Terrible service. Never have ingredients. Just stopped and nobody at counter helping people even though there is a line. Another customer in front of me is asking for somebody to please help and the girl yelled something and went back to the back after peeking out. Always the same thing at this location. This is actually the 3rd time in a row I have come here and not been able to get food.

This is consistently the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone to it because it’s closer than another one and I’ve seen managers come and go and it’s never improved.I go sometimes around 11 and there’s a 50% chance the door is locked when they should be open or there’s a sign on the door that says “online only”. Other times they’re out of everything. I’ve asked for some more cheese when they throw a pathetic amount on my food and they tell me it’s $1.00 for extra cheese… I’m not asking for EXTRA I’m asking for the NORMAL amount.I go to other Chipotles because I love the food and this one is CONSISTENTLY more expensive which makes no sense because it is literally the WORST I’ve even been to.Today was the last straw and the first time I demanded a refund even though I was starving but it is the last time I will EVER go there… I ordered a burrito and asked for vinaigrette and a drink. My total was $13.91, I asked “$13.91?! Do you charge for vinaigrette now?” And I was told yes. Nothing surprising for this place so I paid and went to the drink fountain. I press Diet Coke, it’s out. I try EVERY DRINK, they’re out. Someone walks out of the bathroom and says “Oh yeah our drinks are out” and I say “Then why did I get charged for one?”. He tried to refund my drink and he realizes I got charged for vinaigrette in error, and tries to refund that and I told him give me my $14 back because I will NEVER spend a DIME at this place again…
