If zero starts were an option I would choose that. I go in through the line and take it with me to go only to realize when I get home I have bugs in my food and have to take it back. When I go in to show them they were very dismissive and I just waited while they talked in the back then they wanted me to go back through he line instead of refunding me. The manager just gave the vibe that this wasn’t their problem and they don’t care. And they didn’t take out the lettuce knowing it had bugs all in it and wasn’t clean after it was brought to their attention so I havent been able to eat chipotle anymore after bc a very consistent customer.
Last two times I’ve been here the food l, service, dining room have been excellent.
Food was good, not great. They did give a good amount of meat and veges. My issue was a guy came in without a shirt on and not one employee said anything. Very disgusting!! Turns out he was parked in a handicapped spot. No license plate at all and no handicap placard.
They didnt have any rice. 8 people working at the time. Mismanaged. Then when the rice was ready after 30 minute wait, they only made brown rice. They still hadn't started the white rice. Also I got some chips and guac but the chips were burnt 😂
Food was good! Hot! Served quickly.
I usually enjoy Chipotle when I’m in the mood for a quick burrito or bowl, but the experience can be hit or miss. The ingredients are generally fresh, and I like that they offer customizable options, but sometimes the portions feel a bit uneven—one day you’ll get a hearty serving, and the next, it feels skimpy. Service depends on the location and time of day; I’ve had great, friendly service, but also rushed or inattentive staff at times. Overall, it’s a convenient spot for a fast, semi-healthy meal, but not always as reliable as I’d like.
Audrey & Emma have been great!
This is the best Chipotle I've ever had. I ate there for the 1st time about a month ago, I was in the area and grabbed some lunch in....and it just floored me, it was like eating something new, flavors and quality I've never experienced at a Chipotle before. I was literally texting people about it as I was eating because I was so shocked at how good Chipotle could be.
We came in 30 minutes before close (on 4/23) and we were completely ignored by all four staff members until we just left. Once sitting in our car we could see them inside literally cheering.
I have worked food service, I do genuinely understand how annoying it is when people come in close to close. But it was half an hour, not 5 minutes. If they had even said “we aren’t accepting in-store orders at this time” we would have fully accepted it and just left and I never would have said anything. Disappointed.
Worst Chipotle I’ve ever eaten at. Food was terrible, and the blonde “supervisor or manager” was terrible too. Do better!

At this point I’ll never order from this location again . Why is this the second time I received a bowl from here and my rice and stale and my bowl looks half eaten . Y’all playing with my money
Recently moved to the area, this will be my first and last time going to this location. Expensive prices (higher than others in the area), dirty restaurant, terrible portion sizes, and they were out of multiple things. Do yourself a favor, don’t spend your money here.
This order was ordered on line. For the most part it was correct, but the chipotle honey chicken was burnt and did not taste like chipotle honey. My wife ordered just a chicken burrito bowl and her's also was burnt chicken. It was so bad after 3 bites she just threw it away.needless to say we will not show face at the Chery Grove Chipotle anytime soon. We just don't care for burnt dry chicken.
first of all, never been to a restaurant and not been able to break a 100 bill. for a place that stays busy in the heart of cherry grove youd think they have change. second, why are yall out of peppers and guac with a grocery store right behind you? third, the guy making our food wiped his nose with his bare hands and then proceeded to touch the lettuce. no gloves, didnt wash his hands. this location has been crap for a while. the managers of this store must really not give a damn. she was standing right behind the counter when all of this occurred and didnt say a word.
Today march/13/25 i went as a regular customer i asked for 2 bowls and i asked for extra fajitas the woman that she was doing my bowls she said thats all i have for the night ( she cant put extra ) , even though im paying for that , and they had no ice in the pop machine and they was no forks and the cashier lady she was talking with attitude
