My husband and I went in today at about 1:50 pm for a late lunch. The serving line was out of food. No one spoke to us. No one gave a greeting .
There was rice strewn all over the serving line and empty food bins or almost empty.
We stood and waited while many workers at the drive through area stood around and talked.
One person brought in a new container of rice, no eye contact, no communication, nothing.
After waiting at the counter for a while we just got disgusted with the lack of service and cleanliness that we walked out without placing an order.
Who would want to eat here or purchase food here?

AT LEAST TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT YOU SHORT OF SOME ITEMS. Ordered online and picked up my order late night. Later when I opened the bowl, it was missing 4 items and it the rest of the order seemed to be old. And customer support offered one free drink for it while I didn’t eat the food I paid 12$. DISRESPECTFUL

Had the best Chipotle of my life here today!! Whoever the morning crew was on 7/10/25 kudos to you! Especially the young gentleman who ran the pickup window right during opening time! He was polite and accommodating and my food was chef kiss! 10/10 Highly recommend this location!

Arrived at 8:30 pm on a Sunday. We were second in line, while we were waiting the line grew to over 8 people waiting. One customer had to ask for someone to come help on the line. The service was horrible. The line was a mess as well as the restaurant. I had to wipe down surfaces in order to sit down and eat. The floors are covered in food debris from the day. One thing that was in order was the trash had been emptied and the openings of all trash bins were blocked with trash bags. Absolutely the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The lettuce wasn’t even shredded for tacos. Definitely needs better quality people and management. They don’t close until 11pm

Every time I give this place a chance again they mess it up. Every few months for years and they mess up the orders every single time. Two burritos is all we order and they cannot get even one right, ever!

They also skimp HARD on meat, cheese, and beans. If you order no rice to try and get more stuff they will fill your burrito with lettuce and salsa tomatoes. Just don't even bother ever coming here. It's been over six hears since I moved to the area and I've never had a correct order, let alone a burrito I wanted to reorder.

June 29, 2025 - We walked in at 6 pm on a Sunday, admittedly after a dinner rush.
We were the only customers there and the three staff were all hunched over the make tables.
Every table had debris and smear marks, the floors were littered with dropped food, and the trash was full. What are these people doing?! I understand that we may have just walked in on a temporary lull, but this is ridiculous.
The cashier was non-communicative and unhelpful. Between customers she was texting.
Disgraceful.
Sadly, its been a long while since I've been to a Chipotle worth visiting. Whilenthis is far and away not the worst, its definitely not recommended.

Every time I come here they are always out of what I want and when they do it they have just a little and try to charge full price for a fraction of what I would get if they actually had the it in stock.

When I arrive just before 5:30, the restaurant was obviously udnerstaffed. None of the tables were wiped down, floors were dirty, and I could only see two employees actively working behind the counter. One was cooking chicken and the other was making the food veerrryyyyy slowly. There might have been one other person at the drive-thru window.

Either way. They were about five people in line in front of me and the line didn't move for 10 minutes. Eventually several more employees showed up, for a shift change I guess, but none thought it was important to jump in and help despite the fact that the only two people working were clearly overwhelmed.

I don't know why the line was so slow except for the fact that only one person was working on it but eventually we were able to order our food but then took another few minutes for anyone to show up to the register to actually let me pay for it. That took a few more minutes for someone to know so we never got our chips which turned out to be stale once we ended up getting them.

There was a gentleman there who looked like he was a manager, but he of course took a bathroom break as soon as we showed up (when things were busy) and never once pitched in to help anyone do anything. Once we sat down and got our food it looks like he was taking that time to train another employee or something rather than actually helping the ever-going line of customers actually get their food and get out the door.

Usually this place is okay but as the others have commented recently, it really does seem to be in decline. None of the employees seem to want to be there and they surely don't show any sense of urgency to move any faster and help customers get their food.

The store is dirty, the chips are stale, and the service is slow which really makes me wonder if they are taking enough time to keep on top of hygiene and food safety if they can barely make a burrito properly.

This place gave me food poisoning. First time I’ve stopped at this location. My first warning should have been when right after I paid for my bowl and pissed off guy came in demanding his free meal “that you guys promised me on the phone after messing up my food yesterday.” For which the staff began to fight him on giving him. When I left they were still arguing.

When I began to eat my bowl at home, the rice was crunchy and undercooked and the meat was extremely salty. I stopped eating and threw it out cause it tasted so bad and off. Then about two hours later the worst stomach pain I felt in years started. I almost went to the er and it was textbook food poisoning. A $12 dollar bowl almost cost me a $2000 er trip. Don’t go to this place, it’s not safe and needs serious attention. I’d give zero stars if I could.

It’s always messy in there and they don’t put a good amount in the bowl and they make the burritos super small.

First off, the dinning room floor was disgusting. Then they overcharged me for my meal. Lastly, I found a leaf from a tree in my rice! Disgusting! I'll never visit again!

This is the dirtiest chipotle Ive ever seen ever been too. The food in the trays looked like it had been sitting for hours. They were out of chicken at 8 PM. The sneeze guard was covered with splattered food. It looked like it hadn’t been swept in weeks. The whole place was gross
