It was 7:15 pm and they were out of steak and chicken. When the person working the food asked the cook if he was going to make more he said no more tonight. How do you run out of steak and chicken at 7:15 pm when you close at 11 pm?

The food is so seasoned unlike other chipotles. Its taste like it used to here, I literally come to this one rather than the Loveland-Madeira one. They’re awful 😭

I waited over ten minutes watching a women clean the same part of a window at the counter and was not helped even after she looked me in my face multiple times, I walked out because of the lack of service. Will not be back.

Girl I asked for carne asada and they gave me the skin of the damn cow. For future reference kitchen staff make sure you throw ALL your scraps away!🙂 I always go to this location so I was kinda disappointed.

bowl, shout out to the guy who helped me to add ‘lots of lettuce’ and being very enthusiastic about his job! Felt really bad because of this move he was kind of being blamed by another guy who probably is a senior worker here cuz he thought I was asking for ‘lots of cheese’… ??? Truly appreciate the service I got today and happy thanksgiving!!

Absolutely horrendous management. Brought bowls that were incorrect back and they only remade one. Their ratings are well earned and accurate.

Such a nice area plagued by such a crappy chipotle. Every time I’ve been here the service has been abysmal. I understand staffing can be incredibly difficult but given the rate Chipotle pays you’d think the could find some better employees. The young male working today was uninspired, unfriendly, and 100% could tell he didn’t want to be there. Terribly customer service. As if he’s never interacted with another human being in his life. If this was my business I’d have fired him on the spot and clocked in myself. Just Terrible. Not to mention the ride was half cooked and hard and the queso and other salsas were all dripping into each other due to the apparent lack of care by the employees here. If there wasn’t a manager on duty they need to get one and if there was they need to find a new one.

I wanted to shout out DAVID for his hard work. There was a line and he was the only one making the food while two girls were chit chatting at the register the whole time. I hope his manager sees this review and gives him some type of recognition for pulling the teams weight. He also made sure my bowl was filled.

I usually get mine to go, through the chipotlane. The staff that work it are always friendly! My food is always correct. The staff works very hard. Shoutout to whoever was working window tonight though. He was great!
