This is the dirtiest chipotle Ive ever seen ever been too. The food in the trays looked like it had been sitting for hours. They were out of chicken at 8 PM. The sneeze guard was covered with splattered food. It looked like it hadn’t been swept in weeks. The whole place was gross

I come here once a week and Jaysean is my favorite worker!! He's extremely nice and always makes my burritos perfect! Delicious and would recommend to everyone

On my way home from a 2 hour drive and exhausted I picked up my food in the drive thru. I thought it felt a little light so I checked the bag and I saw all my containers burrito bowl, chips, guac. But got home and opened my bowl. It was only cheese and lettuce. With dirt on the lettuce!! (Pics) So maybe the blessing is that I didn’t eat it but when I sought support on pepper chat and calling, they said they’d give me a free entree coupon. I won’t be eating at chipotle for the foreseeable future. I just want my money back.

Best Chipotle in the Cincinnati area. Very well staffed, big portions, and they had everything in stock and fresh! Will definitely come back and drive up for this!

Ordered online and I suppose they didn’t read what I ordered, I ordered black beans and I got pinto, completely changes the taste. EDIT - ordered drive thru AGAIN pinto instead of black, this is ridiculous, please read the order.

This chipotle is a hit or miss. They are either out of food during busy times or it’s cold. The service does not have customer in it. Most of all, the place is usually dirty both in the restaurant and then the food service area often looks like it got blown up.

Jayshaun was awesome!! I told him I was visiting town and I usually don't have access to a Chipotle, so he made sure that my burrito was perfect. So so good!!

Is this real life??? Just left and so did 2 others in line behind me. No rice no beans except for maybe 3 dried up in a container. Open for 3 more hours?? How when you don't have the main ingredients to a burrito and that is what you sell?!?! The "worker" up front was the laziest thing I've ever seen in my life. How about pay these sorry people less and make sure you have beans and rice

Quality of food was horrible! Rice was crunchy in all 3 bowls, minimal meat in steak and brisket bowls, and wrong toppings in 2 of the 3 bowls. What the heck?!?! We ordered in the app, so the order was right there for them to make, and they still didn't get it right. This isn't the first time we have had quality issues at this location. I had our dogs with me, so I needed the drive up. Never again! This location should be closed if they can't step up their quality and portion sizes. Chipotle used to have burritos bigger than your head and bowls one person could not finish!
