They charged us for stuff they are not supposed to charge us. They charged us for free sides.

I wanted to shout out DAVID for his hard work. There was a line and he was the only one making the food while two girls were chit chatting at the register the whole time. I hope his manager sees this review and gives him some type of recognition for pulling the teams weight. He also made sure my bowl was filled.

I usually get mine to go, through the chipotlane. The staff that work it are always friendly! My food is always correct. The staff works very hard. Shoutout to whoever was working window tonight though. He was great!

Asked for the double steak and the worker shook both spoon to almost nothing said something, they didn’t really care. Tired of spending money on less and less. Doesn’t make me want to eat here anymore when I get half bowl now.

This is the worst Chipotle that I go to, the last three times I've been here they have been out of something
$11 for a tiny veggie burrito with only beans rice and cheese is outrageous. I've never paid more than $9 for a burrito made the same way at ANY Chipotle, and I've been going to various Chipotles for years

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD!
I was walking through the line yesterday around the dinner rush and I was going through the line, getting my food, everything was going fine. But then when it was time to pay for my order, this man who seemed to have a BBL gave me a weird look. He was bagging up my order and the whole time while he was bagging up my order he was just being extremely homophobic towards me and my partner. This is ridiculous and if you are LGBTQ please stay away from this chipotle.

Using the mobile app is a waste of time. I had to go inside and bug them just to get an order that was made 30 minutes prior. Overall, not worth it. Won’t be back.

First the store was dirty. The staff repeatedly lied about when my pick-up order would be ready. After 12 minutes of waiting I received a message telling me the order was ready but it wasn't. I waited a total of 28 minutes and they still had not even started making the order. It didn't appear that there was any kind of management present (at least no one would admit to it) and no one cared if they did their jobs. Just simple incompetence.

It's 11:45 am and they are out of white rice, the fajita veggies look like they were there all night, there is only one person up front and the food line is a mess and then if you wanted a clean table you were not going to find one there to sit at. Disappointing all the way around. This Chipotle is the worst one in the area consistently.

My husband and I went in today at about 1:50 pm for a late lunch. The serving line was out of food. No one spoke to us. No one gave a greeting .
There was rice strewn all over the serving line and empty food bins or almost empty.
We stood and waited while many workers at the drive through area stood around and talked.
One person brought in a new container of rice, no eye contact, no communication, nothing.
After waiting at the counter for a while we just got disgusted with the lack of service and cleanliness that we walked out without placing an order.
Who would want to eat here or purchase food here?
