Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have mixed feelings about this location. The food is always great quality and fully loaded but I have a major issue with them when it comes to ordering quesadillas. My daughter is a picky eater and her favorite food in the world in chipotles quesadillas but this location is hit or miss if they are willing to make them or give me a hard time about it. It takes longer to argue about it than it would to make it. One person coming in can order 3 things from a list and hold up the line but my daughter can’t get a quesadilla. I even have her go ahead of me in line so they can throw it in while they make my bowl and have no slowdown. It is very annoying and stressful the anxiety and stress I feel when my daughter begs to go to her favorite restaurant and I have to wonder going in are we going to be disappointed and my daughter upset or will she get her favorite food will I treat her for a good week of school or will she be depressed who knows up to the employees… also I was once accused and yelled at for putting soda in a water cup even though it was water and when I proved it to them they didn’t even apologize but I have seen a table of customers vaping in the middle of the restaurant and they say nothing.

I have gone in to order take-out several times, and I whether I order chicken, steak, carnitas or barbacoa in my bowl, I have never been disappointed.

Dirty location. Floors and tables covered with old food. Line items not seasoned well, food very bland. Overall super disappointing.

Had a hell of a time with the app today, not sure why. I was so frustrated I couldnt think of any words to say HOWEVER The chipotlane employee was incredibly helpful and got me right and my order the way I was expecting so I can fuel my brain tonight before family shows up at the house tomorrow. Thank you mt w chipotle and happy Thanksgiving.

I asked for fresh carne asada because the meat in the line looked dry and old, and the worker said “there’s nothing wrong with what’s here” and refused to get fresh meat.

Richie who I think is the manager is always on top of everything! He remembered who i was and my order. Always super friendly! Always see him teaching the folks working the register. Amazing amazing
