Seriously worst chipotle to come too ! Dirty. They always take forever to get u ur food and very poor customer service I would give a 0 if I could they need management changes
Theses kids need managed i will not return to this store. they have 4 people outside when they have 3 cars in drive thru n 1 person inside and u somehow wait 30 mins for an order ? And I came at 8 at night
Store closed at 8:45 2 employees standing in lobby just shaking their head no while on their phones. No explanation, so only thing I can assume is lacking wanting to work just like any other fast food that closes before stated times. Just picked up from the location a mile up and on my way home I passed this location only to see 5 employees closing the store. This is ridiculous.

I try this location every few months with the hope that it will get better and it never does. They forget the guacamole on my bowl every single time I come. The chicken is always burnt and they skimp on portion sizes. When is management going to get their shit together?
The lady preparing the food for me was in a Rush. The way she prepared my food as not appropriate. Not sure why. The entire restaurant was empty and also no one is on drive thru.
I placed an online order at 10pm for 10:40 pick up time. I prepaid online and left a $5 tip and then rounded up for charity. $25 for a steak burrito bowl and large chips / guacamole. I arrived to pick up my order and was advised that Chipotle just ran out of chips? 🤷♂️ And that I could call their corporate office to get a refund? I didn’t ask for a refund. I didn’t ask for anything.
I got home and the steak burrito that I ordered had hardly any steak, if any? 🤷♂️ The employee who came to the drive-thru was mopping the floors. He also reached into my bag of food to check my order. 🤷♂️ Not a pleasant experience.
Prepaying for an online order, leaving a tip at a drive up window and rounding up for your charity only to not have the items that I ordered and little to no steak for the steak buriito that I ordered. Not acceptable. Poor customer service and poor management / leadership at the Mt.Washington Chipotle.
What Mexican restaurant runs out of chips to begin with? How do you just run out of chips at 10:40pm BUT I placed my order at 10:00pm. Then, Chipotle advises me to contact their corporate office, if I want a refund because they do not have the items that I ordered to begin with. Great solution.
Do you skimp on the meat on ALL of your online orders or just the late night orders?
If you are mopping floors, keep your dirty hands out of the bag of food that I ordered.
Your corporate office just offered me a free bag of chips and a drink for the horrible experience. How sweet of them to offer me an item that I already paid for but didn’t receive. 😂 I’m not interested in a bag of chips and a drink for the experience. I would like the full amount of the order refunded. Your corporate offer is insulting, just as much as the customer service that I recently received. 🥲 You can do better with your customer service and taking care of your customers. Not acceptable! I will not be returning to your location. You know what you can do with the bag of chips and drink?

My boyfriend and I are in fairly often and have never once had a bad experience or a bad bite lol! Everything’s always fresh and everybody is super friendly. Their burritos are always massive! We refuse to go to any other chipotle, we feel this one hooks us up 😁

This location is SO damn stingy with their Meat portions it’s ridiculous. It’s to the point where when you walk in, they’ll be CLEARLY running out of meat, but they’ll keep the same little amount on the line to stretch the portions between customers ?? & At that point the meat is DRY and BURNT because it’s sitting in the bottom of the food warmer tins. Why not just replenish the meat instead of taking little scoops of old, dry hard meat that’s been sitting in the metal warmers?!?!? I’ll be going to the Oakley and Anderson locations from now on ✌? this location be acting Poor asf
