This is by far the best Chipotle location in the northeast Cincinnati area. The former manager John kept this place in tip-top shape, hopefully whoever takes over can continue that trend. The staff is super polite and serving sizes are always at least acceptable, sometimes even generous.
The Kenwood location is always a disgusting mess with horrible service, while the Hyde Park location is almost nearly as bad. My only critique is the lack of parking.

Just spent 2 hours waiting in line just to get my food cold and the portions were not even the size of a normal bowl and I ordered extra everything. Worst management I’ve ever witnessed I could have ran it better without knowing how it works . They need replaced .

I never leave reviews but this was the best bowl I’ve had from a Chipotle in a while. I ordered ToGo and whoever made my food actually gave me extra of what I requested. 10/10. Was I super hungry and it just tasted amazing? Maybe. But definitely was not disappointed.

Got chipotle for the first time in a while because it was ordered as a work lunch. This was absolutely awful. I ordered a salad and it was completely SOAKED in bean juice and the two lettuce leaves in the “salad” were soaked and wilted and it was so salty it was inedible. I didn’t visit chipotle often in the past and after this experience I will not be back. Super disappointed.

The women who I assume is the manager, made an announcement to the seven people waiting in line “we are out of cheese ya’ll” “ and because of all of ya’ll I can get the cheese now, so if you want to wait I don’t know how long it will take” As a person who works in the service industry, her attitude & demeanor was appalling. The issue wasn’t that they were out of something, it was how it was handled and delivered to customers waiting. Myself and 3 others walked out. A busy night of customers coming in was an inconvenience to her job.
Ordered my food for pickup at 7. They made it a 1pm then threw it away.. or ate it.. because it was not picked up on time.. at 7. Pm. Evening. They mad that im disappointed in them

Recently I been getting the burritos, which is so full o can share with my husband. That's good. But my low score is for the rice, alot of times the rice has so much lime flavor that it throws the whole dish off and too much salt in the guacamole is not good either
