The server acts like she getting paid to keep as much chicken as possible from getting in your bowl. This is probably the worst chipotle location to go to if you actually want to eat right. Literally got rations for chicken asked for a little more now I have to get double. Don’t go to this location!

Never really had any issues with this location except for today. Went in to get a salad and barely received any lettuce in my bowl. i requested honey chicken and was told “it was on the grill” i asked how long was the wait and was told i just had to get regular chicken. i said okay and once i got in my car and took a few bites the chicken was burnt and not even room temperature. probably the worst chipotle bowl i’ve ever tasted.

The line is always long. They’re always out of steak and sour cream, among other items. I read another review of this spot that said the staff doesn’t really care about the line, and I have to agree. As an ex-skyline employee, there is 0 hustle here.

ordered delivery, every single item was wrong. not like forgot something, like deliberately wrong. one bowl literally came with sour cream and lettuce and nothing else. incorrect drink and no chips. worst chipotle experience i’ve ever had, go literally anywhere else, the employees do not care about you or your food. i’m just surprised there wasn’t spit on top with how bad the rest was.

As of right now the customer service is unpleasant and unprofessional, they way to light on the bowls…and almost gave me a dirty bowl. I don’t recommend going here. Paxton is better

Went in at 10:10 and they were out of everything and wouldn’t make more. It has zero to do with them closing at 11. When they closed at 10 the store acted this way at 9:15. Worst Chipotle I have ever been to and it’s like this all the time. Staff is rude. Staff is lazy. Online orders are always incorrect

Cashier was super friendly and had a stache that would steal your girlfriend! Solid lunch.
One of the helpers was rushing and she didn't understand English so I had to ask another person to correct the issue. I have no issues of people speaking a different tongue but if they are on the Front line then it may be an issue.

I’ve had good and bad experiences at chipotle throughout my life but this location is the worst I’ve ever had. The meat quality is so low but my biggest complaint is the rice… how hard is it to cook rice all the through? Crunchy rice is never okay. The worst part about this experience is the receipt paper being out so I couldn’t get a receipt. Tried to file a complaint on the app and they won’t even talk to me without a receipt.

No one at this location actually knows what good customer service is. On a few occasions I’ve been met with them telling me what they’re out of and never a “hey how are you? How may I help? And when leaving they’ll take the cash and just walk away. The energy here is terrible! My last visit and I just walked straight out after waking in. Only 2 stars for location but that’s about it.
