The women who I assume is the manager, made an announcement to the seven people waiting in line “we are out of cheese ya’ll” “ and because of all of ya’ll I can get the cheese now, so if you want to wait I don’t know how long it will take” As a person who works in the service industry, her attitude & demeanor was appalling. The issue wasn’t that they were out of something, it was how it was handled and delivered to customers waiting. Myself and 3 others walked out. A busy night of customers coming in was an inconvenience to her job.

Recently I been getting the burritos, which is so full o can share with my husband. That's good. But my low score is for the rice, alot of times the rice has so much lime flavor that it throws the whole dish off and too much salt in the guacamole is not good either

When i tell you the staff is extremely ignorant and slow. I waited in line for my pick up order and instead of making it, they decided to make back up rice instead take my order. They had rice already prepared. I wouldn't suggest going here

Got chipotle on Uber eats I did not get what I paid for. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and chips and received two tortillas with no cheese and a side of rice and chicken. No chips at all. The bowl I ordered also did not have cheese. Not cool guys.
