Recent Reviews

This is by far the best Chipotle location in the northeast Cincinnati area. The former manager John kept this place in tip-top shape, hopefully whoever takes over can continue that trend. The staff is super polite and serving sizes are always at least acceptable, sometimes even generous.

The Kenwood location is always a disgusting mess with horrible service, while the Hyde Park location is almost nearly as bad. My only critique is the lack of parking.

I never leave reviews but this was the best bowl I’ve had from a Chipotle in a while. I ordered ToGo and whoever made my food actually gave me extra of what I requested. 10/10. Was I super hungry and it just tasted amazing? Maybe. But definitely was not disappointed.

This Chipotle on Ridge is why I keep going to Chipotle. They are all not the same. However this one was on point with Food and Service. WHOEVER made the guacamole on 15-January-2026! You did an exceptional job
