The line is always long. They’re always out of steak and sour cream, among other items. I read another review of this spot that said the staff doesn’t really care about the line, and I have to agree. As an ex-skyline employee, there is 0 hustle here.

One of the helpers was rushing and she didn't understand English so I had to ask another person to correct the issue. I have no issues of people speaking a different tongue but if they are on the Front line then it may be an issue.

Poorly managed. Not prepared for dinner crowd. Multiple staff standing around prepping food, including managers, in the middle of dinner rush. Line out of the door into the cold, no urgency.
