Super small portions I was super surprised compared to the blue ash location I frequent when in the office working. The dining area at this location was dirty, and the person making food was irritated at my daughter and I for some reason. We got our underwhelming order to go, but most likely won't return even though my family goes to Sam's club often which is next door.

We just visited this location last night. The food was good, the restaurant was clean and the employees were hard working and friendly. Apparently, this location has improved a lot since its opening issues. We will definitely be visiting often.

Went in to grab dinner for the family of 7. Got home and looked at the food and none of it is fully cooked. Nothing tasted anywhere near good. Never will I be coming back to this place. Don’t recommend

I've gone through the Chopotlane multiple times and it's been a mixed bag. Some times I get my food quickly with no hassle and with good service. Twice now I've had to wait just for an employee for many minutes to greet my vehicle only for them to have not started my order. Both times these were a few minutes after scheduled so they should have been ready. The first time the employee told me they just got the ticket when I had ordered 15 minutes prior. The second time the employee more or less just walked off after realizing she'd had a ticket for 20 minutes she hadn't started and got the food quickly. A fine store with some bad apples.

I live close to both Hamilton locations and the Colerain Avenue location. It got to the point where I was Hitting the customer service button every other order. I remember when Erie Boulevard did my cold items wrong three times in a row. Like they did the first half correctly and then they must’ve switched up the orders. I drive about 15 extra minutes to go to Westfork. They really give you extra if you ask for extra. It’s never been wrong. Unlike the Main St.,, Hamilton location, I’ve never sat there for almost 20 minutes watching employees about, and none of them Making eye contact with me as I’m waiting in the drive-through, looking at my food on the shelf lol. I have no idea why this location has low stars, probably a management change. I worked at Chipotle for over six years. If i say a store is exceptionally good, it’s definitely good. It definitely saved me as a lifetime Chipotle lover. What I will say, as Company though, they really need to step up their game and other stores Or allow customers to send pictures of their items. I was definitely given pushback a few times because of how many times I’ve reported my bowls being made incorrectly But I have never once lied about my order. Honestly, if it wasn’t for this location, I probably wouldn’t order anymore

Ordered online and received a microscopic burrito. For the money I spent here I could have got 4 burritos the same size as this one. Place is a rip off and has the google rating to prove it. Go to literally any restaurant in vicinity of this place.

Terrible, when it first opened excited for the proximity. We gave it a month before we went. Walked in staff was rude, when we walked in disgustingly dirty food everywhere.Just went there today 2/17/24, thinkingI let's give it a try this time. Bad idea my burrito was cold, kids meals were a mess. Sorry to say we will no longer go to Chipotle.

Every single time I go here it's out of something. One time they were out of cheese AND rice. What's the point? Just close for the day at that point. Why even get people's hopes up that they can buy what they want. I have never once gotten a satisfying meal here.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! I’ve given this location multiple chances and it’s consistently been the worst and dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The food is absolute garbage and they hire the most incompetent and rude people. The proportions are small, the workers are inexperienced and unprofessional, the location is always dirty, and they OFTEN run out of many ingredients. On our last visit they ran out of cheese and didn’t feel the need to tell anyone on arrival that they’d been out of it for an hour, so they made us wait through a 12 person line to find out. It would have been better for Chipotle to never have opened this location than to open and be such trash.

Pull up for a mobile order and instead of just asking the name of our order and handing it to us watched them make food and then 5 minutes ask for a name and give us our food. I get home no queso and not even a hand full of cheese basically just rice. Never thought I would leave a review on a store but it can’t be that hard? 12$ for
